Door was locked at 3pm on a Friday when store hours are until 7pm. Worker inside wouldn’t open it for me. There are no signs about any lunch hours.

Came in this afternoon to process a few Amazon returns. The three employees seemed friendly while busy, and the gentleman had no issues helping me make it quick, complete, and painless.
Definitely better than past experiences at some other South Bay locations in the past.

I came in today Sunday the 7th of July. To have them make a copy of my SS card and my Drivers license. For some reason not expanded to me, the employee didn’t like the way it copied the first time so he made a second copy. No problem with that. The problem occurs when he doesn’t return that personal information to me, but decides to have put into their shredder machine. And then doesn’t actually shredded my information. Even after I ask him to do so. I should’ve insisted further, but he was adamant and not doing so.
This should be unacceptable practice with such personal documents. They should do better next time.

Nina & Ajay were super friendly, knowledgeable, and quick, appreciated their help! also the girl with the pink/purple hair. Not sure about the guy with the long hair.... Anyways if you get Nina or Ajay I def recommend for live scans here as they were thorough and made sure all of the right information was there, and if not they helped me figure it out!

The people are so helpful. When I came in with basic questions, they were very patient and kind and went out of their way to make things easier for me!

The store owner is rude. She has no "Customer service" skills. She refused to even try to help until I insisted that they call the main company. Then the problem was resolved. Thus 2 stars. She told me that it's is just a private store, "conveniently" providing UPS services to the local customers. And she doesn't have to adhere to the UPS company policies. Bad attitude.

If you bring your children to summer camping, you have to print out the final exams, which costs $9 for a stack of prints!

Just had an amazing experience with the staff at the UPS on Castro Street, mountain view. Sam helped me print the stationery I needed for business and she was super patient and helpful. Spent time making it work perfectly for me! Thank you!!

Amazing service and they worked with me every step of the way to get my menu printed . I highly recommend to reach out to the staff if you ever need printing services. They are truly a one-stop-shop for packing, printing and more! Will surely be coming back whenever I need something. Also this location is in a great convenient spot on Castro St. in downtown Mountain View!

Big shout out to the service at this place. I put a bunch of PDFs together that I needed for a work project, emailed it to them, and one of the ladies popped over when I walked in and took care of the whole thing for me, which I’m kind of glad for bc what she was doing looked a bit complicated(I was asking for b+w this, color that, 2 copies of that but 30 of those and one had to be formatted all crazy to come out correctly, which she nailed immediately.). Wonderful establishment, highly recommend

Sent my girlfriend here to return my Amazon return and they charged her for a package. The Amazon return states that you may send back item without providing a package. My other UPS store does this on a regular basis with no problems so I will not be using this UPS location. Just wanted to make you all aware so you know.
