It’s hard to believe the negative reviews after we experienced amazing service today at this UPS store. We went in to have Visa Applications notarized. Jonathon was unbelievably professional, efficient, knowledgeable and very friendly. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this store.

Holy smokes had a great experience in here today! Highly recommend this spot! I came in completely unorganized and confused how to get my returns set up, and the man in charge (John) guided me right through and went above and beyond in doing so…I was so incredibly thankful. This is the spot to choose for all of your shipping & other needs!!!!

This is my favorite UPS and Jon D been there forever. I am glad seeing him today always giving excellent service. I dropped off a package and it was fast as always, the store too looks really nice, newly renovated.

I came in yesterday Sunday the 6th to have a copy of my SS card and Driver’s license done. The employee took them and made the copy in color. But for some reason not explained to me, he did not like that copy so he made another copy. The first copy was shoved into the shredding machine, but not shredded in my presence even after I asked him to please shred my very personal documents. He explained that they have a shredding service but would not go over and shred it in my presence. I should’ve been more insistent, but he seemed very adamant about not doing it at the time. This should not be an acceptable business practice they should do much better next time and I would not leave without having my documents returned to me or shredded in my presence very dissatisfied with that service I received

This is a review for the printscan fingerprinting in this location. They have absolutely no idea how to take live fingerprints. Don’t waste your time by going here.

Great location for me as it's my destination for dropping off my USPS shipments. They are all priority mail class, so with my free shipping labels I receive, the fee -free delivery that the UPS store offers is a sure shot .
