Took my parents here for Covid vaccines and they told me they couldn’t get the free vaccine because THEY ARE NOT CITIZENS. Then I took them to another Walgreens 2 miles away from here and got them the vaccines :) Looks like it’s not Walgreens that have such “Non-American can’t get vaccines” policy but just Lauren the pharmacy manager here :)))

The pharmacist Olivia was trying to charge me the covid vaccine! This is free in EVERY other walgreen store. I’ve her double checked on the policy, but she declined. BAD Customer service!

This review is for the Walgreens Photo Center at this location only. Before you order photo prints or related products online (especially Same Day service), absolutely do not choose this location for pickup. The Photo Center is incredibly disorganized, and there is very clearly zero training for the staff. If you choose this location, you will not receive your order on time. Definitely do not order *anything* with Same Day turnaround. This has happened to me twice now - once before the pandemic and then again this week. The first time I thought it was just a bad day, but after having the same experience this week, it's now a pattern of poor customer service: * Staff clueless about my order - can't locate it, confusing it with other customers' orders and seemingly unable to look it up in their system * For same day order pickup many hours after the estimated pickup time - telling me they have no materials to print it and to come back later * Getting the specifics of my order completely wrong even when I ordered online so the specifications are clear - in this case, "Framed Matted Print - Black w/ White Mat 8x10 Print" - they literally did not know what this meant and kept trying to tell me that I ordered a floating frame when the online order clearly shows that I didn't * Staff having no clue about basic aspects of the products that they sell. Example: I had to keep explaining that a "matted frame" is not a "matte frame" - "We don't have matte frames, we only have shiny." The online order said a matTED frame. A frame with paper behind the photo - this is not a matte/shiny issue at all * Telling me that they are out of the frame I ordered online entirely 7 hours after estimated pickup time and that my order couldn't be fulfilled on time (of course) * Zero apology or offer to make anything right, and total nonchalance when I finally had to cancel the order altogether because they could not read my online order, understand what products I ordered, and fulfill it on time Save yourself the frustration and go to CVS. Absolutely 100% permanently done with this Photo Center.

I’ve been coming to this walgreen for a little over a year and half and the staff is consistently friendly and helpful. However, the long wait times have become a significant inconvenience.My recent experience signing up for a 3 pm appointment for a Covid and flu shot was less than ideal. I arrived on time but didn't receive the shot until 4:10 pm. This significant delay was frustrating, especially considering the appointment was made in advance.What's even more perplexing is the inconsistency of their drive-thru service. Sometimes, I've been pleasantly surprised with a 10-minute wait, while other times, it has stretched to a mind-boggling 50 minutes. One would expect that a drive-thru service is designed for convenience and minimal wait times.In summary, while the staff at my local Walgreens is always kind and helpful, the prolonged wait times, especially for scheduled appointments and at the drive-thru, can be a source of frustration.

I usually go here for the pharmacy, which is better than average. The pharmacists are more intelligent and friendly than the Safeway I used before. The hours aren't amazing, so if there's an emergency need for medication, you'll have to go elsewhere. Overall, the store is clean and the staff polite.

Worst customer service ever. The staff offended me and kept telling me I was stupid even though I paid for my item. I never felt this bad going to any Walgreens.

The only thing weighing down this Walgreens is the lack of coffee options in the back refrigerators. This Walgreens has the coolest digital refrigerators with LED screens in the back, but it's would even be better if they were stocked with various types of coffee. Every time I visit, they are out of good beverages on a hot day. Such a cool refrigerator, but poorly stocked. Other than that when I walk out empty handed, because there is absolutely nothing to drink, the employees give me side eye as if I stole something. I stopped going after 5 times, because drinks and desserts were out. I can buy anything else for less when I'm grocery shopping, so that's where I go now. Know your audience, know what will sell, know your products, and you'll do fine.

Pharmacy apparently doesn't answer the phone anymore -- they repeatedly pick up, say nothing, and after 3 microseconds put you back on hold. greaaaaat customer service

This Walgreen lost my prescription and gave me wrong info., had me wait for more than half an hour and won't tell me until I checked status online.This is my first visit to this Walgreen. My dentist prescribed me some medicine, so I drove across street to pick up with the copy of prescription. A lady told me it would be ready after 20 minutes. OK, I milled around for about 30 minutes and talked with her again, she told me it wasn't ready, and they will send me a text after it is ready. Naturally I never received the text.After I got home, I checked my prescription status online. She told me a line, it isn't in the system at all. So all she said is simply made up. I don't know what they did behind my back, but they successfully lost my prescription and simply had me waiting, completely in the dark.First time run into something like this, deeply disappointed. She could simply tell me the truth rather make up excuses. Really not impressed.Plus, this Walgreen is in a small plaza all by itself, there is nowhere to go while in wait. Next time I will try somewhere else, at least a more honest place.

Kind of dirty. Not organized, however have everything I need for first aid and vitamin supplies. The staff are nice. Always rely on this place for supples.

Can't shop here because Walgreens does not care about keeping women healthy, nor does Walgreens support a Woman's ability to make autonomous decisions about our bodies needs.

I really appreciate how quickly my prescription was filled. At another retailer I had to wait days routinely. I suffered that for years. So glad I could pick up my pills just a little while later. Loved the drive-thru! If you’re having trouble with another pharmacy, then change to this Walgreens.

Specifically for the pharmacy, well the people who are in charge of hiring. The pharmacy is understaffed and overwhelmed. The pharmacy Manager seemed stressed and spread extremely thin. Although as polite as possible her stress was evident when speaking to customers, like myself. Phones ringing none stop, hold times becoming longer and longer. I commend the pharmacy manager for really holding it together considering she has nearly no help. It would be good for business Walgreens hired more people to better serve this location. 5 stars for the staff who are clearly doing their best!

Worst Walgreens in the area. They refused to update my Covid-19 vaccination card because I had it done at another Walgreens even though they could do it. Other Walgreens stores I called had no problem to do it once they verified my patient records. It seems some pharmacists there are just to make money but do not care about their patients.
