Big shout out to Phuong and team here for their excellent service! I had been out of country for over 5 years and all my banking accounts were dormant. I needed to make an urgent deposit to hold a place and team here really came through in helping my banking get up and running in no time. They initially let me know it takes atleast one business day for activations but understanding my situation, Phuong made several calls and worked with her team and got everything set up in an hour. All the staff members at branch were very friendly and happy to help. Thank you all again!

The lady kailani try to take money! Just for take a copy of my account! She ask me for $20 dollars for a copy!!! Are You kidding me? The manager knows about this? Couse maybe is no happening just to me! Just careful !

I came in here today to get a roll of quarters and make sure my card worked. As soon as I walked in, I was pleasantly greeted and asked how I can be helped. As I walked up to the counter, I was pleasantly greeted and helped. Customer service: excellent Store: clean and well lit. Parking: fine.

Worst bank ever !!! Stay away from Wells Fargo. Wells Fargo refuses to verify funds of their customer. This makes no sense. Customers--PLEASE with draw your money and go to another financial institution. Wells Fargo is doing you no good.

Blonde lady that is assigned for greetings, is not doing anything. She is chilling out, does not talk to new customers, does not greet them. I asked her a question and she was rude.Though other guys were very friendly and polite - cashiers etc.

Went in to transfer money and close my accounts. The staff said they would not charge me as a sign of good gesture for the wire transfer and next day after I check I have a negative balance for the charge of 2 wire transfers I did. Now have to be on hold with WF customer service and clear all this up.

Someone seriously needs to teach Maryam some common courtesy. Wells Fargo supposedly stand with "courtesy" as their practice. This lady has none. Attitude isn't gonna get you anywhere sweetie.

Went in to withdraw money inside the branch Bc it was large than $300.. The blond but latin looking short woman working there approached me and asked if I needed something. I had a withdrawal to make so she pointed to the atm machine next to the tellers. She stood next to me and invaded my privacy. She gave off a very distrustful vibe as if I were going to commit a crime. As a brown man that can look many ethnicities, this was not appreciated. Perhaps this is Mountain View but we all deserve respect.

I just happened to have the worst experience with an employee of Wells Fargo in Mountain View on the corner of El Camino and San Antonio. Her name is Sara... I came in and she was blocking the walk way to the teller line, I said excuse me twice and she got extremely snippy with me and raised her voice and came back with a sarcastic 'Excuse me ' twice. I've banked with Wells Fargo for 22 year and I've never been spoken to this way never!! I'm seriously thinking of changing my banking needs. Sara needs customer service training.

If someone were to tell me I would be rating a bank--any bank--5 stars I would have said "your crazy". Hal Doan, the Service manager at the San Antonio Branch, just spent over an hour and 45 minutes with me working out an issue that was my problem, not his! He tried every thing he could think of until something worked to resolve my issue. I think he and his other tellers deserve 10 stars! Thank you Hal, you've truly changed my perspective on your branch of this bank at least!!!
