After an unsatisfactory experience at the Wheel Works location in Sunnyvale, I sought assistance at the Mountain View branch. My initial visit to Sunnyvale revealed issues with my car's maintenance, coupled with disappointing customer service, particularly in my interaction with Lani, the manager. When I visited the Mountain View location, I was pleasantly surprised. The team efficiently addressed and fixed the problems within an hour. They not only rectified the issues that remained unresolved from the Sunnyvale visit but also went above and beyond by providing a detailed alignment sheet with necessary corrections. Furthermore, they recommended new tires, which I plan to purchase soon.I highly commend the exceptional service and professional approach of the team at the Mountain View Wheel Works location. Their prompt and thorough resolution of my car issues was commendable, transforming my initial frustration into relief and satisfaction.

Got my oil change done here, it was fine. They tried to get me to change my tires saying the tread was completely worn down. It's not. This isn't a huge surprise considering I'm a woman coming into an auto shop, just extremely annoying. I was upset to find my car off to the side with both front windows completely rolled down. The workers didn't seem to care when I expressed my concern about my vehicle being exposed. They didn't even apologize either, just very rude. There were also ants crawling every where at the front desk. Kinda gross.

Customer service rep needs training update in that the invoice should be verbally itemized explaining and pinpointing each charge on work required on the vehicle. This would avoid overcharges and make sure the customer has a complete understanding of the work to be done before paying the listed total for vehicle servicing. The manager at this location, (Steve) offers no professional explanation to the inadequate customer service. When explaining the issues, he talks over and interrupts. He becomes seemingly irritated and a bit rude.I would not send any of my friends or business associates to the Mt View WW location on showers dr.

I brought my car here to wheel works a little while ago. Stephen, the manager said I need a new struts and that's why my car was squeaking. I let him do the work and got in the car for a test drive afterwards. The car still squeaks so I approached him and asked him if he put on bad struts, he looked at it and said no your struts aren't the problem you're bushings are. I told him. Well. That's not what you quoted me for when you found out that the struts were bad. This guy I missed diagnosed my car and I had to pay a lot of money for nothing. Thanks Steven. You obviously don't know what you're doing.

Do yourself a favor, especially if you're a woman, and avoid this place. You will be ignored and/or gaslighted unless you bring a man with you. I had to put my boyfriend on speaker phone to get the communication I needed. The worst thing that happened was one of the guys took off the Tow Hook Eye Cap from my front bumper -- probably because they didn't like me-- and when I noticed it was gone they said they had no idea why. It was there when I dropped my car off. I had to order from the dealership and I'm having it custom painted. I have never had a toe before it has never been removed before this. Good times!

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! DO NOT GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT! Went to wheel works Mountain View where we have gone for a long time. The previous purchase statement in the tire purchase said LIFETIME WHEEL BALANCE. Also, the web site states LIFETIME ALIGNMENT AND BALANCE. So, we went to get this done. The manager STEPHEN DE LA ROSA said that he would not touch the tires and the had to be replaced. The tires have plenty of life on them. He said they were dated. STEPHEN said they can sell tires that are less than 3 years old AS NEW! Check to make sure that new tires are on the car. (Google how to find the date, it's easy). WW had sold us old (but legally new) tires then said they were too old to touch. DON'T GO HERE! DON'T TALK TO STEPHEN. IT was the last day of the month, I wonder if he just wanted to make is sales numbers. We went to another Wheel Works. No problem, they rotated and balanced the tires for nothing as promised in the purchase contract and on the web site. The Regional Manager per STEPHEN is ASHLEY BANET. After a lot of asking he offered her name. I hope she reads this and FIRES STEPHEN DE LA ROSA. He would never get a job with me.

Terrible experience - stay away.Bought run-flat tires here. Just 2500 miles later, they fell apart with wire showing! Also, offered $200 lifetime alignment, but found out today it's just $20 for a check! Ended up wasting time and money replacing the tires elsewhere. Unfair and misleading. WheelWorks, you've lost my trust.Service: Tires

Took my car in for a slow leak. They were able to take my car right away and fix the issue quickly, a screw in my tire. Very satisfied with the warrantied tires I purchased there months ago. No charge thanks to the warranty. ??

Awful experience with the manager at wheel works. The manager Stephen always seems like he has attitude. He doesn’t treat us as customers with respect nor does he pay any mind to his employees. The worst customer experience Ive ever encountered with. Stephen is extremely unprofessional and immature. It felt impossible to talk to him especially when he believes he’s all that. Wheel works here used to be a great shop and from my experience, its been the best when i see Stephen isn’t around. Wheel Works has only lost many loyal customers with Stephen as manager. Nobody enjoys being around him. At first I thought he just didn’t like me but I’ve realized he treats all his customers and employees with incredible disrespect. Will never come back to the Wheel Works in Mountain View unless Stephen is gone.

Thank you, Travis for the great service! He took care of all my concerns and found the best solution to safe my money and to solve the problem. Will definitely go back there when I need to do any wheel work!

Don't waste your time. Online coupons don't work at wheel Works. After 4 appointments I got to know that they won't support standard oil change.

I went into the store and made an appointment for the Free Brake Service. I confirmed with the guy at the counter that it would be a free service. When I showed up for the appointment, I saw that there was a charge. I not only explained that they confirmed it would be free when I made the appointment but also showed a promo code they texted to me (it's all over the Wheelworks website). Steven, the store manager, would not honor it. Dishonest! Don't waste your time.

I wish I went on Yelp before going to this business. All I can do now is warn other people. Be very careful when you sign the work order. We went in to request only one item done on the estimate. All other things we did not want done. We specifically said we wanted Steering and Suspension work done and verbally confirmed with Travis, the guy helping us. Then we proceeded to sign on the keypad and left. They called us in the afternoon and said that we needed additional things done which would total around $3000. We asked why, we only requested Suspension and steering fixed how could it add up to this number. They said "well the work you authorized us to do was $2600" and they emailed us the work order. There was our signature under everything listed on the estimate but we thought we only signed for steering and suspension work. They did not give us a paper copy of the work order upon signing and there was no total due on the keypad screen, just a signature line. Very dishonest way to do business. When confronted Travis said that he told us the total due when we were signing, but both of us specifically remember that he did not otherwise we wouldn't have signed. Make it make sense, we requested $610 worth of job done and if he did say a different number we would not have signed. Now it's all he said she said and they kept our car until we were able to pay for it. Safe to say we will not be coming back.

Unfortunately, I am extremely dissatisfied with this shop. Despite making an appointment online and specifying that I would wait at the shop, my experience was far from satisfactory. Upon arriving for an oil change and wheel alignment, the staff member, who was quite unfriendly, informed me that my car would be ready in two hours. However, even after three hours had passed, my car remained untouched in the parking lot. Frustrated with the lack of progress, I had no choice but to retrieve my car without any work being done. The following day, I decided to try another wheel works shop, where the staff was exceptionally pleasant and accommodating. They efficiently serviced my car and had it ready within just one hour. Considering this disappointing experience at the mountain view location, I have no intentions of returning there in the future.

Gave my car for service to check engine and brake light. Had to come twice to fix it. Apparently it wasn't fixed, though they gave me a refund for the break service, I wasn't happy they didn't diagnose the brake issue thoroughly at first time itself.
