The staff in the store told me I don’t have an account and won’t give me my modem because he does t know how to do his job. I tried to reconfirm with him but he gave a condescending attitude. I had to go back again to get it. Waste of my time.

I am very disappointed, I will give them a zero if I could.I have being having issues with my phone not being able to make and receive phone calls/texts.
I have called customer service several times. They mailed me a new sim card.I was not able to activate it neither tech support. I was asked to go to an xfinity store.
I work until 8-9 pm every day. I left 2 hours early from work and arrived around 6:15 to the store.
The door was locked and there were no customers inside. I was told that she will not help me because she was short staff. There was another worker inside. Instead of even asking what I needed they both run to the back room.
The store closes at 7 and there was not note at the door informing they were not helping customers because of any reason

I am so happy that they are now closer to me! they are excellent on the phone, and now I want to check it out for myself at the new store close to Walmart. it's probably like a 10-minute walk, I can't wait to check it out!

I came in because of some issues which I felt were very complicated, maybe would require about an hour to fix. Nolan solved the problems in about 15 minutes! He is very smart, personable and helpful. A true asset to this Xfinity store.

never connect xfinity if you don't want to be scammed
they will charge you for additional services that you did not consent to and then you get a huge bill. The customer service is the worst. Not only do they not help in any way, but they mock me by bouncing hours between different managers while adding a laughing emoji. Horrible, I will try to contact other authorities to get justice as what xfinity is doing is not legal

The customer service at this store was excellent, got me set up on internet, a phone plan - all for a good price. Angie was kind, knowledgeable, and patient with all my questions.

Angie is an agent at this store who sells plans by lying and offering totally bogus plans. She sold me an Internet plan by telling me that I would get a free mobile line with my existing number.
Then she pretended to try to port my number to the new ‘free’ line, and was ‘unable’ to, so she told me to go home and call customer care.
After calling customer care over the course of FIVE days, being redirected over six times to different agents and departments, they finally told me that what she sold me was totally bogus, and there was in fact no free line possible with my old number.
I basically was tricked into signing up for an Internet plan on a false promotion. I don’t know if it was intentional or just incompetence.
Pathetic store experience and customer care - avoid them at all costs

I came into the store just exploring new cellphone plans and was helped right away by a kind young lady named Angie. Angie was super great, she explored every single different cellphone plan, explained the whole process step by step and what to expect without any confusion, making it super easy for me to switch over . I originally signed up for the 30GB per month on unlimited data cap but then later on wanted to upgrade to the 50GB and Angie helped me upgrade and explained to me the difference and what to expect, she was super friendly and kind & professional from the very start to the end of the process. I love Xfinity Mobile thanks to her who made the process very easy and an amazing experience!

Just had the most amazing experience at the Mountain View store (after a nightmare experience elsewhere). My husband and I walked in and were immediately greeted by Armando and Angie who k think might be the managers. My concerns were heard, I felt supported, and most importantly they were all so eager to help - and not just the managers but everyone else as well. The other sales associates Zach and David were engaging and even got us to laugh about the issues we were experiencing. I highly recommend this store, the customer service was far superipor compared to the San Mateo hilsdale location I had to visit three times yesterday. At that location, I was manipulated, lied to and mostly my account was completely messed up. My services weee canceled without my approval, once reinstated the sales associate at the San Mateo location also added a service to my account without my approval and without any knowledge that I would be charged additional. I am so happy that my husband and I have visited The Mountain View location To go back to the Hillsdale location today. Thanks guys for helping to address what the other store messed up!
