Black Sheep Winery is a pleasant and cozy little wine room in Murphys, known for being beyond friendly and inviting. The staff are great company, making visitors feel welcome with a funny, informative, and friendly approach. The wines are very good and delicious, with a wide range of reds and whites. Standouts include a delicious raspberry sparkling wine, a great Touriga red, and a nice Chardonnay, though some find the dessert wine a bit too fruity. Tastings include a free gift of their labeled wine glass. The experience is worth the time, leading many to purchase wine and even sign up for membership.
Andra was great. Funny, informative, friendly. The wine was great but she was the thing that made the tasting worth the time.

My girlfriends and I visited Black Sheep last weekend. Kathy was very gracious and made sure we enjoyed the experience. We enjoyed the wines and had a memorable time.
