I have been a longtime customer until now. I've ordered all my uniform pants and shirts from 2hot and have spent a lot of money with the company.
I recently went in to get a 511 uniform shirt. They did not have my size in stock, they measured me for a shirt. I waited for over 2 months for my shirt. When I when to put my shirt on the sleeves were to short and the shirt didn't fit.
I called the shop and told them my problem and they won't return my shirt because they embroidered a shirt that was too small.
Your company has grown but your customer service gotten worse over the years.

Poor communication, last 3 orders I’ve placed online had no update beyond purchase confirmed for at least a week, had to call to find out they didn’t have the item I bought in stock and that it could take an additional 2 weeks to just receive the item and no timeframe on screen printing. I’ve been continuously let down by 2 hot and will only order from them if it’s an absolute necessity.

These guys are amazing. Communicate with them about what you need and they will get you what you want. They were able to make my life easier and do some custom patch work that I thought I needed to go into a 3rd party location to have built to spec. They did it for a small fee well worth the work. I absolutely love the communication and timely work I received from these folks.Probably one of the top places to get your work gear.

They only get the one star because thats the lowest I can give, they are not worthy of even 1. They have terrible customer service and don't stand behind anything. My order (which was several hundred dollars)got lost and they wouldn't even help me kept pawning it off on ups I've had multiple phone calls with them and ups and they keep saying the haven't gotten a claim recipe from ups. I even got the claim receipt from ups and emailed it to them myself then the wouldnt answer my phone call. This place is terrible worst experience I've had with a company.

Lack of communication, and not committed to when it would get done, placing the items in the wrong basket, took too long to get it done when they still have not started after 2 weeks. Very disappointed. Also the smell of a strong disgusting perfume from a woman that works there made me gag from the uniforms I received back to me. I had to get them to be rewashed to get rid of the perfume smell. Someone needs to tell this lady not to wear that kind of disgusting perfume anymore.

Zero stars if possible. Bad customer service. Rude staff. Waited on an order for 10 months with little to no help from staff. Staff provided no help with sales and were condescending when questions were asked. I will not shop here again or ever recommend it.

This company is a theif. They took my money and kept my item. This is the worst company I have ever used. They messed up the embroidery on my scrub top. When I called them to see about getting it fixed they told me they could but I would have to pay to have it shipped back to them. So I did and they called and told me that they could not fix it. I stated that I wanted my shirt back and they told me only if I paid for shipping. This was they're mistake and they refused to be of any help. I would strongly recommend no one ever using this company unless you want to be taken.
