Brought my laptop in for a tune up over the weekend. Picked it up the next day. They removed all the issues it had which was causing it to run slow. Now it is up and running a lot faster with new virus software installed. Great service and a great price.

I am compelled to express my profound dissatisfaction with the service I received at this establishment, which I now regard as engaging in outright deceptive business practices. As a Senior Tech Manager for a large tech company, I possess extensive experience in resolving complex computer issues, far beyond what this repair shop seems capable of handling. I decided to entrust them with my device out of convenience.
I brought my Surface Pro 7+ in for a screen replacement, having been initially quoted $180 over the phone—a price that was reconfirmed upon my arrival when I clearly stated the model of my device. Not only did I specify the model twice very clearly, but the difference between the model they claimed to quote and my actual device is also easily discernible with a simple examination of the back of the device. This oversight and their inability to recognize the device correctly greatly call into question their technical abilities. However, mere hours after dropping off my device, I received a message stating that the price would be unexpectedly raised to $239.99. The justification provided was that they had mistakenly quoted for a Surface Pro 7 instead of a Surface Pro 7+, a mix-up that is highly implausible given the clarity of my communications about the model both during the initial call and at drop-off.
Upon deciding to retract my service request and asking for a refund, the response I received was astonishing. I was informed that only a 50% refund would be possible because the screen had already been removed, and they insisted that the paperwork erroneously listed it as a Surface Pro 7. This is not merely a minor oversight but a significant blunder on their part, reflecting either a severe deficiency in basic technical knowledge or a deliberate intent to deceive customers.
The extra money is not a significant issue to me; what is deeply troubling is the scamming of customers and the blatant dishonesty. This incident has caused considerable frustration and has significantly eroded my trust in the integrity of this business. It is wholly unacceptable to alter quoted prices post-agreement, and the unprofessional handling of this matter has been disgraceful. For further proof of their deceitful practices, I will be attaching a photo of the text message they sent me, clearly showing the unjustified price change.
It is now my mission to ensure that everyone is aware of their dishonest and unprofessional business practices. I strongly advise potential customers to steer clear of this service provider. I had the capability to fix the device myself but opted for what I thought would be a convenience—this decision is one I deeply regret.

Highly recommend. Mark quickly diagnosed and fixed my sons gaming PC. Thankfully the issues wasn’t a serious hardware issue and he solved the problem. He didn’t try and upsell us and tell us parts had to be replaced. Just solved the problem and even showed us how we could troubleshoot it in the future and try to fix ourselves. 5 stars!

I decided to give this place a chance after going to multiple places to get my charging port and screen fixed, I was greeted by a nice man, very knowledgeable, helpful and actually cared about me getting the best deal on my phone repairs. After telling him about my charging port being broken he offered to take a look with his microscope and to my surprise he was able to fix it for free with a little cleaning even after multiple places have tried to "clean" it for me in the past. Im so grateful and happy that my phone finally works and I would definitely come back for future repairs that I would need with my electronics! Thank you again 99 Repair

They fixed my PS4 with a rare game (Silent hills PT) and I could not be happier. Service with a smile. I have been waiting to play this game forever. I finally bought a console with PT on it and it overheated. But thanks to $99 PC it’s all cleaned out and running smooth they even replace the thermal paste! It’s amazing! Runs like new now! Thanks a million!
