Several employees are nice. Several are rude. My main problem with them is how they take lunch at noon. I'm trying to get my crucial meds at one of the most convenient times and they're getting a milkshake... Most businesses take lunch earlier or later to accommodate the nature of the timing of customer foot traffic. Also, the employees don't make any effort to expedite things. Retirees who have nothing better to do than talk to the employees for twenty minutes about their personal life will hold up the line for younger working people with young families who are truly struggling to have enough time to do life and the retirees and employees don't seem to care to make us wait. It's also quite possible to stagger lunches so that some people can go at one time and others can keep an essential business open...

The Pharmacist was very nice but the technician was not. Ashley was very rude and definitely did not want to be at work today. Sad because most people that are at a pharmacy don't feel well or have something going on. You think she would greet someone or say thank you or your welcome! Bottom line is she shouldn't be in retail. I complained about her and I was told she's been complained about before Terrible!!

What more can I say. An experienced staff and knowledgeable pharmacists who understand how people feel when they approach the counter. In short, they give a darn about the people they serve.

This rating is only because of the restroom. Not sure how fast it became that dirty but wow. I've seen worse but the toilet paper had brown on it. Nasty

Line moves usually fast. Usually no real back up. Over the counter items sometimes high They do answer all your questions. Hard to get on phone sometimes Covid times. Coupon for $25 a good deal. Getting shots without appointment nice feature if it stays.

What is with all of the RUDE pharmacists in this city???? My husband went to pick up his prescription today & the pharmacist berated him for telling her we had a GoodRX coupon when she gave him the total ($800) rather than when she asked the name & DOB (mind you, she NEVER asked if we had insurance or anything). My husband told her she needed to work on her customer service skills and she just said "yup" and walked away. In today's economy, with so many choices, you'd think customer service would be a priority. Guess not!
