“Omg love love super mix! The vintage trinkets is so nostalgic to me. Cute small business made items as well! Been wanting to come here since they opened ! I live in San Diego and I promise it’s worth the visit! It’s such a cool experience too, the walls and floors, so much detail and so much time has been spent to make this a special place! I got some earrings, Halloween vintage stickers and a kewpie doll! The customer service is amazing!!”
“This store is one of my favorite local spots to find cool rare Funko collectibles! Not over the top expensive like other place who like to price gouge. Fair with prices and you can find some deals too. The owner is friendly and creates relationship with customers. They even let you know of some cool brand new stuff they have in stock. I’ve been there a few times this year and have since become a regular. Always consistently good service and friendly atmosphere.”
“My experience good but it looks like they're downsizing or something because a lot of things were not on the shelves. I hope they're not closing the store.”
“This place is wonderful!! I drove up from San Ysidro because it was the only gourd place I could find. TIP: Do NOT follow Google maps. Follow the directions on their website. Funny story about that!
They had thousands of gourds, all shapes and sizes in bins. Some were cleaned, the majority were not. I prefer the uncleaned because after you clean them it's a surprise to see the result.
The staff was so nice and helpful and prices were great. I had to go back 2 weeks later because I needed their Proxxon jig saw for cutting. I couldn't figure out how to assemble it when I got home, so I called them and they helped me over the phone.
I bought about 50 gourds and I can't wait until I finish them, so I can go back. Highly recommend if you're in the market for gourds.”
