Horrible customer service at AT&T store today. I bought a prepaid phone only 6 days ago for a friend to use that is only in this area for a short time. I went to the store at 25145 Madison to replace the phone TWICE today and because there was not a manager in the store, although there were at least 4 people working there, they could not simply replace the defective phone !!

I was referred to this corporate store from my daughter but wow dealing with an associate, Omar whom did not do his job accurately and I ended up going to a local At&T store that day to get the help I needed which was amazing, thank you Josue!!! I will never go to this corporate again.

Alex was amazing to work with. My husband managed to lock out his phone so we had to come back after an hour to finish up. He was super patient and helpful. We bought 2 new phones and 2 new Apple Watches along with a few accessories. He made the process seamless. Thank you Alex!!
