This bank does not care about customers and reviews? I'll take my money somewhere else.

At 12:30 this afternoon my dad and I walked into this BoA. 2 men were sitting in an office talking to a customer, one of them approached us, we told him what we needed and he told us to have a seat. First of all the bank was empty except for a woman being helped in another office. As we sat there, we can clearly hear the conversation of the 2 men with the customer and it was not banking related. Now we are irritated, my dad asked for a business card from the teller at the window then asked who the manager was. Tammy the manager introduced herself but she didn't care that my dad was upset as my dad was trying to explain that he has been a loyal customer of BoA for over 40 years and that the man in the office just having casual conversation was unprofessional. I told him let's go because I didn't want my dad to get any more upset.(he is 76 years old) So if you want good customer service DO NOT go to this location.....

Tried calling this bofa to speak to someone about a simple question but no answer. Hours are from 9am to 4pm but nobody answers the phone, why would I need to make an appointment if I just had a question that can be done over the phone. No wonder this bofa location has bad reviews from other customers.

The people at this branch are good, however, each time the Covid-19 virus spikes a bit, BoA closes most of their branches, including this one. The only branch open within 20 miles of me was the one off of Ynez and Rancho California Road in Temecula. The line yesterday (12/29/2020) was wrapped around the building. Today was not as bad, but I still had to wait in line for 40 minutes. Not sure how that strategy makes it safer for the public. All I know is that it was upsetting many of their customers, including myself. You do not see Chase doing or SDCCU doing that. What's more, this is the second time BoA has done this. If more branches were open, lines would be shorter, hence making it a lot safer. I feel especially sorry for the merchant customers. Small business has it hard enough without BoA making it harder. with their deposits. I would suggest that BoA change their strategy quickly, if they want to keep their customers base after this pandemic is all over.

I'm doing Uber eats delivery to earn extra Christmas money this year and I did a delivery to Laura at this branch from broken yolk restaurant in Temecula, and was shocked to find out she didn't pay me what she said she would. Not sure why, but I do have 4 accounts at B of A and have always enjoyed B of A, so thanks Laura, hope you enjoyed your lunch and next time I'm in this branch I'll be sure to point this out to them.

It is saturday july 18th 2020 my husband went to cash his payroll check at this location and the "manager" Evelyn smith told him they couldnt cash it because his Id expired the end of april. If you go to the CA DMV website it says as clear as day that expired Ids or driver licenses are extended until july 31st!!! We showed her the website and everything and still she said theres nothing she can do!!! Supposedly she got a memo stating they were no longer allowed to take expired ids so we called corporate according to corporate no memo like that was sent! So the manager clearly needs to watch the news and get updates regarding our state and our county! You CAN NOT DENY SEVERICE FOR EXPRIED IDS WHEN THERE HAS BEEN AN EXTENTION!!! Ps the one on ynez helped us!!!
