Adam give us the car, like someone just broken in, everything was thrown all over the place, broken glass no respect! When I asked him what happened to the car after they work on it he absolutely did not care, I left with tears in my eyes. 😪

My rear tires were balding more than usual. Was looking to get an alignment. The staff advised not to get the alignment until I replaced my rear shocks. The honesty and integrity is 5 stars. The quote he gave was unbelievable. I shopped around and could not find a more affordable price than Bear Alignment. Great staff. Unbelievable price. Thank you Bear Alignment.

This is the place is awesome from the service writers to the mechanics doing the work always been great to work with. My last visit I had my plugs and coils replace on my Dads 05 Volvo S80 and car runs good as new again. Thanks for always giving me great prices too,

Bear Alignment did an amazing job on repairing my car wheel alignment and other required fixes! Adam really knows his stuff, and Emily was super polite and helpful. Their customer service was top-notch—so patient and welcoming. I appreciated the little touches too, like the hospitality in the waiting room and seeing my name on the appointment board. Highly recommend!

My husband told me how wonderful this place is and how honest they are. I didn’t believe him until I got my mini cooper repaired here. Excellent work, friendly and my car runs so much better now. I had to come in and get my brakes fixed and they were very fast and took great care of everything! They also have the sweetest people I’ve ever met at a repair shop, super kind and helpful! I totally recommend 🙂

Made an appointment for an alignment at 11:00 they took my car back within 5 minutes and I was out at 40 minutes after the hour so they completed the job in like 30 minutes excellent excellent work

Needed a quick and easy alignment after changing some suspension parts. The manager was a nice guy, and the mechanics seemed chill doing their jobs. Overhead manager talking to a customer and he was going out of his way to save them money on their repairs with different options. Nice to see that as most of the time they just throw the most expensive and conviemt solution. Great service!!!

Customer Service was EXCELLENT!! From the moment I stepped into the office, the young lady at the counter welcomed me and explained the process. I was there for a wheel alignment. She explained that they would do an inspection to find out if there are any other issues that should be addressed. (Really? Who does that?🙂) I have never had any tire or wheel alignment shop offer to do that. The lobby was clean and the view of the work bay I observed was clean. My wait time until service was completed was very quick ( I needed to go to work). And the best part the cost was inexpensive compared to what I paid with another shop. I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Bear Automotive for your auto maintenance. You will not be disappointed!! FYI... they will leave you a little thank you gift in your car after service.😉
