Better stocked than most Big Lots. Watch prices, since not as inexpensive as they used to be. In fact, prices have increased so much that I only shop when they offer their 20% coupon.

They cleaned up the place which is a plus
No employees to help customers, the only one available was at the register and she was helpful. Prices went way up. After checking other items I left the store. But like I stated it was clean and presentation was nice.

Went to Big Lots today to check out Patio Furniture!! This Big Lots has a HUGE selection! We were able to get an amazing deal on this patio set!! Shoutout to Matthew for helping us load up and check out!! Thank you!!

This is a great store for odds and ends. The gentleman that runs the front of the store is always very friendly and knowledgeable. Even though they have random items the store is always well organized and has seasonal items.

Around this time of year you can get great deals on Christmas decorations! Lights, ornaments, decorative boxes and bags, garland, bulbs, figurines, candles, artificial trees, and numerous other items at reasonably cheap prices! And it's the perfect place to get stocking stuffers!

All summer they have been closed due to air conditioning issues. Now they are open 8-12 until it gets fixed. The manager Manny is a sweetheart and always accommodating. I told him that ALL stores are losing business because their carts have poles so you have to carry out whatever you buy.NOT! Seniors and bulk shoppers need carts to load their purchases!. Or we only buy what we alone can carry. Not smart at all. Maybe consider Aldi's approach.

I came in today for a return, when some nail polish I had purchased didn't work for what I needed it for. I apologized and was kind the entire transaction, because I know the annoyance of having to deal with returns, but through the entire interaction the woman helping me (an older woman, though I forget her name) was making comments of exasperation and frustration. Even though I was a little put off, I continued looking around after my return intending to buy other things I needed. During this, the woman who had "helped" me with my return was loudly complaining about the it to a coworker as she went to put them away in the area I was standing. I work retail. I understand the frustration of dealing with returns, especially when it's several items, i was apologetic through the whole thing. I so rarely complain about anything, but the treatment I faced was so off putting that I no longer wish to shop there as a whole despite how much I usually enjoy the store. At least have the decency to wait until someone leaves.
