Made reservations for standard car two weeks ago when I arrived they said didn't have one so gave me a dodge ram wich was nice prefer bigger car rental was a week over nite a small window crack expanded and wasn't drivable I took back because my trip hot canceled because the rental truck damage they still charged me to take truck home overnight even tho I didn't need the weekly had to reschedule my appointment Joe promised me the same deal n truck for two weeks later and now he reneged and has no integrity and trying to charge me more acting like I didn't reschedule the day I brought truck back with broken windshield its a sad world when people are dishonest and have no integrity I see wh g they barley have 2stars. Not Kool joe!! Keep your junk

My Mother recommended for me to rent through this office when visiting from out of town. The service was prompt from the moment I walked in. I was greeted immediately as was my Mother whom was recognized by the gal who has helped her out in the past. As soon as the gentlemen was off the phone he pulled up my reservation set me up with a rental and had me out the door quickly. I was on my way. The car itself was clean and ran smoothly. I was pleased. Upon returning the vehicle Joe was very helpful not only was it a quick process it was enjoyable and he was very helpful with clear details to my questions on current and future reservations. Note if you are renting for a long period I was informed it is best to pay at the office in case you return the vehicle early it'll be a hassle to receive the difference back. If you pay in office rather than prepay it will be easier for staff to get back the difference for you. I was pleased with my rental experience from the friendly staff to all the helpful information. Thank you Joe. I will return to your office for future reservations. Thank you to all of the other staff for making my experience remarkable. Great smiles and personalities !!! Cheers !!!-Bianca P.

This company deserves to go bankrupt. They took my reservation and my credit card, but there was no car available after Uber dropped me off and I waited in line for 15 minutes with my luggage. Now that I was stranded at their counter with no car and no way to return, they offered no assistance in getting me a taxi or Uber back. Their suggestion was to sit on the phone again with customer service, the very same people who took my reservation and card in the first place. This place is a joke and a fraud. I would give them zero stars, but to post this I have to give them one star that they don't deserve.

Booked with them because they had the best deals in the area-beatingTemecula and Riverside. I booked and reserved online. Luckily, there was no line when I went to pick up and I was out in 3-5 minutes. Something I found interesting that has never happened in the history of me renting cars: they offered me a choice-Corolla or Camaro.I went with the Corolla. Not to mention, they are opened on Sundays!! Meaning you don't have to keep it the whole weekend. Who does that outside of airports-not asking you Turo.They're located within the Murrieta Spectrum, a pretty big plaza. However, no real designated place for their fleet. Not to worry because it seems you can leave the car anywhere when returning. Well, anywhere on their section of the plaza. Returns can take awhile-but they don't have to. Mostly if you want a receipt or some type of paperwork. Very old school here.

DO NOT RENT A CAR from this place. They are thieves and will overcharged you. I returned my rental and was overcharged for two days. Horrible customer service and experience. I will be telling my entire company not to use this place.

Reserved a small pickup two months in advance only to be texted twenty minutes before pick-up time that is "was not available." I responded that I had a long trip with things scheduled along the way and that that "not available" twenty minutes prior to start of rental time was not acceptable. Got a "sorry for the inconvenience" reply. I again stated that I had a reservation and that it had to be honored with something. When I arrived I was given a substitute pickup (four wheel drive Jeep which was not what I had reserved and got worse mileage on a long trip) that "had just been returned." It was still dripping water from a quick hose off (bed was dirty and had soda cans in it, ladies hair clip was hooked on visor still). So, long story short...I got a vehicle that somewhat fit my needs. But only after refusing to take "sorry, nothing available" for and answer. On a reservation made far in advance. Poor business model and customer service. Had a similar but not quite as bad experience a month later on a subsequent reservation. Needless to say, I will try other agencies in the future. Too bad--Budget used to be reliable and friendly.

I have rent several vehicles and each time I’ve been give cars that are dirty from the previous person who rented the vehicle. This last rental through Avis/Budget was not only dirty but had only a quarter tank of gas. So I had to go to the car was and fill it up before I could use it. I have waited over an hour in the past just because they didn’t have a car even though I had a reservation. Each time I am given a dirty car they tell me you can wait until the manager comes then they will clean it while I wait. My last 2 rentals I have taken it to the car wash on my own because it was so dirty from the previous person. They just don’t seem to care. I will NEVER rent here again!

Horrible service, I called in to book a vehicle got a reservation and paid for it. When I got to the location they didn’t have any vehicle available for me. They canceled my reservation and haven’t received my refund . It’s been over a month. Never again deal with this company.

I would give these guys a zero rating. Terrible customer service and generally terrible people working here, especially on Madison in Murrieta. Canceled a van reservation a day to pick up & a reservation made 5 months prior with stupid reasons as to why they did. This caused my hotel to charge the full cancellation amount.

Unbelievable! After having a reservation for a week and being a prepaid customer the only car offered was a wrecked car. Yes, I said that right - a wrecked car.The employees had no interest in trying to help us get this issue resolved. So off to Enterprise Rent a car we go! Management gets two thumbs down

Rude,rude,rude! I arrived on time for my 10:30 appt. They didn't have the car i had ordered in advance. They tried to give me a sedan when i ordered an suv. And Idela was rude, confrontational and unprofessional. She seriously needs a class or two on customer service. I will not be renting from them again!

Online advertise price for a rental was 164.95 for three days. We paid 69.00 for insurance. The charged us 383.01 stating the rest was a deposit that would be returned on 7-10 days. When we called 12 business days after the return of the car. They are saying that the price of the rental is 383.01. They are liars ! False advertising and then rip you off at the location. Normally we rent from enterprise and have never had a problem. Do not rent from budget

Horrible place, I booked online; they called me on my way to pick up the car that they don’t have any cars available, and neither do the other stations near them which would be Temecula, & Hemet. So they’re solution was to just cancel my rental

Don’t waste your time trying to rent a car here. This place is garbage! Avis in Temecula did for me in 15 min what budget couldn’t do; even though I had reserved my car 2 weeks in advance.

This is definately the place to rent a car from. Not only Avis/Budget have a great variety of vehicles to choose from but they have the best deals as well. That being said, I'd like to thank JOE for the great customer service he provides. He's an amazing rental agent! He goes above and beyond for customers, making sure you're completely satisfied with your rental. Thank you JOE for the stellar service you provided us! We as customers appreciate it dearly. Favorite place to rent in town.
