We had some minor damage to our bumper from hitting some debris on the road. We contacted Bumper Specialists after doing some homework and reading reviews. We sent over pictures of the damage and received a quote immediately and got on their schedule within a week. Hugo was our technician. He was punctual and really did an amazing job making our bumper look like nothing had happened. Our neighbor was so impressed, he contacted them right after and had them fix his vehicle too! We will definitely be referring our friends to them and will call them if we need help again.

I had a great experience with Bumper Specialists. I sent over pictures of my bumper via text message and received a response and quote within 10 minutes. They offered same day service as well! Hugo was fantastic! He explained where the damage was and detailed exactly what he was going to do to repair the bumper.

I've had these guys do my car twice on minor scratches I incurred and they have been nothing but professional and excellent work. They were both minor incidents and instead of charging me for a full repair, they were upfront and stated I just needed a good buff and charged accordingly. They could have easily charged for normal scratch service. Really appreciated the honesty and craftsmanship.

My car had been hit in a parking lot and every other place wanted me to pay high dollar for something that was even my fault! I called them up & they told me a price that was absolutely reasonable!! They did an amazing job and perfected my car. It looks beautiful and I will definitely be using them again if this ever happens.

This review is for an subpar quote interaction. They made a lot of assumptions about the job and proceeded to quote highly for a job that they were also unwilling to warranty. I am looking for a professional because I am willing to pay to not deal with any more problems, why would you do a job that you can't warranty? The correct answer is to do it right, then warranty it. And to be professional enough to know to ask the right followup questions instead of making assumptions.I asked them to quote the repainting of a spoiler that had paint which bubbled and peeled in a couple spots. The reason they were unwilling to warranty their work is because it was already painted. This suggests that they were planning to just paint on TOP of the original paint instead of removing it. I bought it pre-painted from manufacturer. Has anyone seen any spoilers that came unpainted? Their suggestion was for me to "take it back to the shop that painted it and ask them to repaint it". Ridiculous right? Lol, it was done wrong in the first place, why would I do that? And it wasn't painted by another shop, it was manufactured that way. I'll pay for professional paint that can be warrantied and done correctly.

My new RAV4 Prime was in a hit and run in a parking lot and there was a big dent on my front right bumper. Thank goodness I found Hugo from Bumper Specialists. They responded to my inquiry right away and Hugo was able to come out the same week to fix my car on my own driveway. He was early to the appointment, very professional and the quoted me a great price so I didn't have to go through my insurance. Hugo did 5 to 6 hours work on my car with great detail~ he then came back a few days later to do the finishing touches with wet sand and polish to smooth everything out. It's like magic - there is no trace of the hit and run damage and if ever needed I will be using this company again.
