Brent was the BEST service advisor I have ever worked with. He assured me throughout the entire process that things were going smoothly, and if there were any hiccups, he was honest with me, and promptly resolved any errors that the team had encountered. He was efficient in communicating with me every step of the way, via phone call, detailed voicemail, or even just a quick text to keep me updated. From ordering parts, to paint, to assembly, to the call to come and pick my car up, every interaction was genuinely friendly, efficient, and honest. I can’t say enough good things about Brent! So thankful he was able to help me out in such a stressful time.

Brent went above and beyond in fixing a dent on my door! The paint was perfectly matched to the original paint on my car, they matched the blue paint chips in the black color. Outstanding! I also noticed he fixed the spring on my gas tank so it will pop out when I hit the button now!!

I had the best experience at Caliber Collision, considering the circumstances. Brent was very informative, communicative, respectful and professional. He kept me updated throughout the whole process. He started on my van right away. He made sure my van was restored right back to where it was before the accident. They finished in 1 week! They were super quick, but very persist. I needed a rental car and they even made that process, seamless! The ladies in the front office were also very kind and professional. They all did an amazing job!! If I’m ever in this situation again, I will definitely be going back to Caliber Collision!

Over and above any place I’ve ever been excellent service, friendly people and excellent work. The prices were excellent. I received a new bumper and undercarriage and the paint on the bumper matched exactly. Looks like a new car.

I have not been involved in an accident throughout my life and was pleased with my Allstate rep in helping me with the arduous steps and recommending Caliber Collision for repairs. I'm an old guy and recall that body shops were simple, they did the work but not a detailed report. Mine consisted of three pages. Cheers to Caliber!

I dropped off my vehicle last week on Monday, and picked up my vehicle this week! (Monday) I am extremely impressed with how my vehicle turned out, how quickly they completed the work, and for the daily communication regarding the status of ordering my vehicle’s parts, what they were working on, and for the professionalism of the staff. Despite the ordeal regarding my vehicle, I am beyond thankful to the entire staff at this location. Brent, thank you for being so knowledgeable, professional, and kind throughout this entire process, and a special thank you to Jiselle for your professionalism and help regarding my car and my daughter(although that was not in your job description) Amazing staff, Amazing job!

Excellent customer service, I was kept informed on the progress of the repairs to my car. I would recommend this location for car repairs. This is the 2nd time I have visited this location in 1.5 years, due to car accidents that were not my fault. Their work is great and the staff is very friendly and courteous.
