  Been coming here for years to get my oil change. You get oil change and car wash for the same price as other places that just change oil. I have never had issues here.

  Closed more than an hour and a half early. frustrating when you drive and drop everything you’re doing to get your car washed On a Sunday and then they’re closed early. Beyond disappointing

  Stopped in to ask about monthly packages. The girl at the cashiers desk could really care less and was more worried about taking a couple of bucks from a carwash employee buying a couple bags of chips. She just showed me a pricing sheet and said take a picture. Didnt care to explain monthly pricing, what's Included, what not included. I asked one of the guys on the computer at the entrance to the wash, and he didn't wanna answer anything either. He said go ask the cashier. If the cashier is your point of information for this business, I would rehire or retrain. She was absolutely worthless as far as helping.

  My normal car wash place has been closed so I went here. The detailers were nice but the lady at the register was incredibly rude, like she was upset I was there and she had to get up from her seat. They also sell trump merch which I thought was inappropriate for a business. The car was “clean” but not well.

  Went to get my car washed today, have a Denali XL, paid for the most expensive one they had, find out they never vacuumed the back at all. For that amount of money and can’t even get the back of the SUV vacuumed. Disappointed

  My husband and I brought both of our cars in—one for a regular wash and the other for a leather interior detail. After waiting over an hour, we were handed back our vehicles, only to find that neither had been cleaned properly, inside or out.
  
  In my car, the marks from the new car window stickers were still clearly visible, crumbs were left in the cup holders, the front grill still had debris, and there were water spots on the exterior. My husband’s car wasn’t any better—the console and cup holders hadn’t been touched, and there were visible smudges on the leather seats that showed no attempt at cleaning.
  
  When we spoke to the manager, there was no apology, no explanation, and no accountability—just the question, “What do you want us to do?” He offered to run one of the cars back through the wash, which completely missed the point given the majority of the issues to be interior.
  
  We ended up having to hover while they redid the job—something that should have been done right the first time. The second time showed improvements but still didn’t meet expectations. The entire experience gave the impression that there’s no system, communication or standards in place at this location.
  
  We paid for a service we didn’t receive until we pushed for it—and even then, the effort felt bare minimum. Very disappointing overall. We won’t be returning. Don’t recommend.

  I bought a used car that needed some cleaning up on the inside and am so happy I brought it here! Staff was friendly and great at helping me decide which wash would get the results I wanted. I went with a mini detail and they made the interior feel and look so fresh and new :) thank you!

  Horrible service. Not coming back again.
  Don’t waste your time and money here.
  I paid $37 for the top car wash. And tipped both guys. Should have seen how my car was before tipping large.
  The windshield was still dirty. And the other windows had wet smudges and spots all over. The floors were not completely vacuumed.
  My car looked way better before I took it there. Very disappointed.
