I would never bring back any future pets. My Sebastian never made it out!! Victoria did not have the experience nor the knowledge. I looked her up she recently received her license. Before you take your pets to any vet please look them up. I'm heartbroken due to her incompetence.CVA responded to my review said to reach out to them I did they never responded back. Please pet owners if you want your pet to live DO NOT BRiNG THEM HERE!!

Thank you so much! My cat was saved by these wonderful people and I couldn’t be happier with the care received or the price. Jinx will be forever grateful and so will I.

My dog Zeus was literally on his deathbed and VCA California veterinary specialists saved his life and I'm forever grateful. They were kind, compassionate, and kept me informed at all times. Thanks Dr. Schultz for your excellent care!

I was there last night with my Cocker Spaniel. The entire staff was very sweet they rushed to my car to get puppy. Price was reasonable for hospital.

These people are always very kind, compassionate and helpful. The vet was honest with me and presented me with a variety of options as to how they could treat my dog and she was honest when I asked for her opinion as to what she would do. She didn't try to sell me on the most expensive options and bleed me dry like a lot of places would. And she went with the safer medication option since they did not know the condition of my dog's kidney and liver function without testing it.

I don’t know how to capture in words how wonderful our experiences have been with the staff here. I went once for my sick puppy and once to say goodbye to my big boy. They sent his paw print in a card and I wasn’t expecting it. It was a beautiful gesture and I’m so grateful and have it displayed. The gentleness and compassion shown is unparalleled. I haven’t visited a Veterinary Clinic that is caring with both patient and patient’s human like this one.(Pic of my handsome boy)

I can’t express my gratitude towards VCA hospital and team. My Sammy was a transfer from her primary care vet with the mysterious disease pneumonia, i mean she couldn’t stand or breathe. Her lungs full of fluids . Dr Schultz, front desk staff, staff behind close doors were amazing. Clinical, to the point, main goal and focus of entire team was to get Sammy in get the treatment she needed asap to get her healthy and out of danger zone to ensure her return to me , return her to her loved ones. For a second I thought Dr Schultz and team were too cold and impersonal but then immediately I realized they were frank, open and their whole focus was my fur baby’s well being and not my feelings. Forever grateful. Few days later we had relapse rushed her back, her amazing triaj nurse ( I am sorry I forgot her name) was on top of everything and tested her and checked her lungs heart oxygenation levels I mean wow the human beings working there .. amazing people. I hope you will never needed but if you do need emergency care for your fur baby VCA is the place.

I have nothing but great things to say about CVS and all of their staff. I brought my sweet Piper into their office in critical condition and after 4 days we were finally able to bring her home thanks to Dr. Schultz, Dr. Betando, and everyone else who cared for our girl. They were amazing at keeping us updated and answering all of our questions along the way. The girls at the front desk were always so sweet and brightened up our days during a difficult time. Without CVS we wouldn't have our little watermelon anymore, so I cannot thank them enough for everything. Highly recommended if you want the best care for your fur babies!

The staff and care at this facility were fantastic! We had extensive testing done on our male Akita over several weeks. They treated him kindly and gently but thoroughly. Dr. Lisa Prior called us every week to check up on our boy with suggestions and encouragement. At the front desk, Joshua fielded our many calls of questions about care, prescriptions and insurance. We can’t say enough about the quality of care and personal compassion the people at this hospital showed to us and our boy. We highly recommend this hospital to all.

After my experience at this facility I wouldn’t even take a dead animal there. In over 50 years of owning, loving and caring for dogs, I have NEVER come across a less compassionate and caring facility anywhere!!! My best description of their company mission is merely one of financial extortion for profit !!Being sent there from another Vet with copies of X-rays, labs, and their findings given over the phone, they refused to even take her to the back to be examined until I paid a $1300 down payment!!I am a retired RN and fully understand the ramifications of such a situation as “bloat” but they weren’t interested in my emotional and financial distress when presented with a $16k quote of what she needed to have done. They had a standard preprintedestimate of charges that in no way showed ANY personalization of my animal. I had previously been told the routine cost of such a surgery typically cost between $5-$8k.I explained that I had a Care Credit account but in my haste to get help for her, I did not grab my card and had no idea what my account number was. I was an absolute basket case, crying and couldn’t even think clearly….When I explained being on a limited income and not having resources to pay that kind of bill they not once even offered other options. They stood their ground and insisted I pay it if I wanted her to be seen and treated.I took my Great Dane in there at the recommendation of the initial Vet I went to because they felt she would need a fully staffed overnight facility to monitor her following emergency surgery for “Bloat”.At the suggestion of my children I signed her out AMA and took her home to pass in her environment and comfort. She survived the night and had surgery the following day. She is recovering with excellent progress. That surgery cost me just under $7k with a Senior discount,The icing on the cake was after signing her out AMA and taking her home to pass I was reported to Animal Control!!!

VCA is amazing! They truly treated our family member, Isaac, our husky/malamute, with the utmost dignity and respect during is passing. Moreover, they gave us a private room so we could be with our Isaac for as long as we needed. They truly care about your pet and I would highly recommend to anyone for all your petcare needs. Thank you again, VCA, for all you did for our family and our beautiful Isaac.
