A warning to everyone who wants to dry clean expensive clothes: I took to a dry cleaner a vintage silk dress with sequins, a day later I received half the size (the dress shrunk) and the sequins had lost their color.. the manager said that the dress can be stretched... two days later I received a dress with a hole on the material, in response to my complaints, they said that it was like this before the cleaning, no apology, no compensation... my dress is completely ruined ? this dry cleaner has no responsibility for its work, terrible service!

Quality/product of their craft is always excellent. Best prices for services in all of Murrieta.The staff and customer services/frienliness and courtesy is 50/50 as far as my experiences with them. The difference between the staff contact is like night and day. Most time when I come in mid day, and I get the middle age lady with dark hair and distinctive eyebrows, I get the “I don’t give a f^#k” vibe and no eye contact, no smile, no greeting, just nods and “extra charge for that” attitude.The younger staffers, mostly during the afternoon and early evening, they are just great and always happy for my business no matter how small it is. Thus only 3 stars.

I am beyond grateful for Capri Cleaners!I initially went to another local dry cleaners to have my daughters big sweet 16 dress steamed/pressed. I needed it on a Sunday for her photoshoot. The owner of that facility told me to bring it in the Friday before her photoshoot and pick it up Saturday because they were closed Sunday. I did exactly that but when I showed up Friday, the owner told me he didn’t have anyone there to do it and wouldn’t have it ready in time. He told me I should’ve brought it in Thursday. I reminded him he told me Friday and he apologized for the miscommunication. He couldn’t recommend anywhere to take it because he said all the dry cleaners around us don’t have anyone to press on Saturdays.I’m freaking out, my daughters photoshoot is Sunday. I remembered when my mom lived in the area she would always use Capri Cleaners so I headed straight there. I was greeted as soon as I walked in by Daniel. Before even telling him the situation he said he could have it done no problem. I immediately felt so much relief! I then explained to Daniel what had happened and he let me know that Capri Cleaners is fully staffed everyday they’re open. They even do same day!I got a call when it was ready for pickup and headed over. Daniel and another one of his staff members helped me load the giant dress into my Tahoe. After the dress was loaded, I was explaining to Daniel how her photoshoot is two hours away the following day, and I was worried about it getting wrinkled in transport. He gave me his recommendations of how to place the dress for transport. I did exactly that on Sunday and the dress was still perfect when we arrived at her photoshoot!I am beyond thankful for Daniel and the customer service I received here! I can see why my mom always used this dry cleaners and I will never go anywhere else now! I highly recommend them to anyone needed a good reliable dry cleaners! They also take Apple Pay & that’s definitely a plus!Thanks again Daniel/Capri Cleaners I’m forever grateful!

I arrived to pick up my clothing & they claimed a miscount but it was really a missing article. I had just purchased a shirt for my father’s memorial service this weekend for my son to wear and now not only am I going to have to go and find another shirt I have to figure out how to get a dry cleaned before Saturday. I was a little perplexed when I drop them off yesterday and how unorganized all the laundry was everywhere they were half throwing things in bags and I should’ve known then that this would happen. Unfortunately I will not be back to the cleaners and anybody else using this cleaner should think twice honestly!!
