“Great service! They send someone to go pick you up from the auto shop and take you to the rental office. I was taken to the back and chose a car. This was my first time renting a car and they made it easy to understand. Josh was very helpful and kind. He showed great customer service and was very patient in helping me a few times throughout my time renting the car. Awesome job Josh! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

The most recent...$105 charge for "Travel/Entertainment". When I call, none of the representatives are able to find my account or the charges. Total scam and I have already reported them. NEVER use Avis!”

“My Mother recommended for me to rent through this office when visiting from out of town. The service was prompt from the moment I walked in. I was greeted immediately as was my Mother whom was recognized by the gal who has helped her out in the past. As soon as the gentlemen was off the phone he pulled up my reservation set me up with a rental and had me out the door quickly. I was on my way. The car itself was clean and ran smoothly. I was pleased. Upon returning the vehicle Joe was very helpful not only was it a quick process it was enjoyable and he was very helpful with clear details to my questions on current and future reservations. Note if you are renting for a long period I was informed it is best to pay at the office in case you return the vehicle early it'll be a hassle to receive the difference back. If you pay in office rather than prepay it will be easier for staff to get back the difference for you. I was pleased with my rental experience from the friendly staff to all the helpful information.
