Not a fan of this location. Gas is usually higher than other spots nearby, the car wash is terrible and doesn’t wash the car well at all. If you like chocolate candy like Reese’s they’re usually melted because the AC isn’t cold enough. So all my candy heads this is not the place.
Also, the clerk refused to sell me a scratcher ticket to be paid with a debit card. Said that it has to be paid with cash in California. I chuckled because obviously that’s not true at all. But he was insistent about it. Very strange interaction might brush your employees up on lottery regulations.

Manager is very rude and with his workers. He always yells at his employees and this is a bad place to buy anything from. I went and it was very bad.

The pumps are clean but I don't like that I have to walk in to have a car wash card stamped.. I just want to pump and drive through the pump .. too bad they don't offer a scan machine so I can get my free wash after several car washes.

I thought that this gas station was 24 hours . I get off work really late around 2am , and I go because usually they are open . When I try the door there is an employee just staring at me and I'm trying to ask him through the window basically if I can go in or not and he just keeps blankly staring . So I just left but I had kept calling and seeing him decline the calls . I could be wrong but I've bought from here before at late hours and I have gotten service .

First of all, let me say this is really bad experience. I only purchased gas at Chevron because the app and the service is typically amazing. However, today akraam, the self acclaimed manager pretended to be buddy buddy with me until the last moment there is only one size of the two offer for coffee. I decided to pick the same size and it fountain drink cups and filled my coffee cup. I went up to the stand, and when it showed my total it showed the proper amount to 39 for a small coffee, I thought the manager was being nice because he did not have Allegra or Benadryl for my allergy symptoms that I went to pay and tap my card when I printed out the total it printed out for 79 which is double the price of what he had shown before when I talk to the manager about him not mentioning this about it being unfair that there wasn't a cup available and that he didn't even mention he was charging me at 2:39. This is not very much but it's the principle of why did you do that and then Kassidy to fight with me and explain, or reason why he felt he was just in, his business dealings. DO NOT GO IN HERE BC THIS GUY DOES NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE OR PRACTICING BUSINESS ETHICS.

Horrible Service. I Love Chevron but the Owners/Employees at this one are horribly unprofessional. Had to File a Fraudulent Claim after they charged me for Gas but the Pump was not Working correctly. I was Told I’d receive a refund in a day or so. But the REFUND NEVER CAME, the MANAGER wasn’t present and the employee was EATING FOOD AT THE REGISTER AND CLAIMED SHE WAS ON A BREAK. This all occurred 8/27/21 at approx 2:00 o clock.

I don't understand all the bad reviews. Honestly just use your brain and do what you gotta do dont be extra. People working the counter are nice and sure some pumps have broken handles but so what it doesnt hurt you to spend 1 minute of your life filling up your car with gas. place is also clean and taken care of. Come here routinely and have never had a bad experience.

Gas pump auto lock mechanism never works. So will cut off but not be fully done pumping gas.

The older lady who works there is rude AF. A gentleman had purchased an item on sale he came back and told her he wasn't charged correctly and upon coming back in for the correction she remove the sale sign and told him she cannot refund his money due to manager not being on site. If someone gives you money you should be able to return it along with the Deceit in removing the sign was enough for me. It's not the first time I've seen her being rude but this is the last time I will spend my money there.

The card reader declined my purchase and drained my balance in my bank. When I showed the clerk , he refused to deal with me and brushed me off. Now I have to wait for the pending purchase to become a purchase before I can fight the bank and put in a despute.
