Dr. Evan’s shouldn’t be practicing medicine let alone on someone’s precious feet. He’s condescending and rude but thinks it’s humor. This was his remedy for my 7 year olds ingrown toenails. It doesn’t take a degree to know rounding out toenails will only create more ingrown toenails. I wouldn’t advise coming here even if Kaiser refers you, wait for in network care this place is a joke.

Office staff was very kind but Dr Evans is a doctor I would never see again or recommend anyone see him. I told him I thought I had an ingrown toenail without even examining it he numbed me and ripped half my toenail out. Didn't clean it before or after. I don't even think he had gloves on during the procedure. Sent me home with minimal instructions. After being in excruciating pain all night I went to urgent care where it was still bleeding they were able to clean it and prescribe me pain medication and rewrap it properly as well as give me more detailed instructions and care. I will never return to this practice

I give the office staff a 5 star but my last interaction on the phone with Jerry was horrible. I was trying to make an appointment and it was apparent that I was asking too many questions. His tone is very CONDESCENDING. was not helpful at all.

My appointment was at 11am. I showed up at 10:40am and did not get called back until 12:30pm. Doctor walked in at 12:45pm. The doctor seemed nice but was absolutely zero help and told me to look on Amazon for a shoe insert. So I paid my copay and waited for nearly two hours for the doc to say “check on Amazon”…? Zero help at all from a medical professional. I will not return to this office.

My Original appointment with this office was February of '23. I was seen for toe nail fungus at which time a sample was taken for lab. This is the last time I heard anything from this doctors office until this July when I received a bill for their services rendered. After 5 phone calls I finally spoke to the attending doctor at which time I was promised a prescription would be called in. That was over a week ago and to date again nothing has been done. I honestly don't know how they stay in business. I'm only rating them one star because the system demands that I do. Don't waste your time and fine someone who cares.

Absolutely useless visit. $200 later was told nothing can be done and to get some inserts or better shoes.

ZERO STARS! Dr. Evans! I arrived in Murrieta at my appointment at 4 PM. The clerk told me I was at the wrong office and would have to go to the Menifee office to see Dr. Evans. They assured me I would have time to drive from Murrieta to Menifee at 4pm on a Wednesday. I arrived at the Menifee office at 4:50 pm after driving through rainy day rush hour traffic.The office was locked and upon calling their number the clerk told me that Dr. Evans left for the day 20mins ago, rudely telling me he waited as long as he could. They could reschedule me for the next day at 10am in Murrieta! Two hours of my life, gas, and wear on my vehicle that I will never get back.Thank you Dr. Evans! It was a terrible experience doing business with you!

I've had so much run around at this office. First, it took them 4 months to send paperwork to va. They had to be reminded several times. Recently,I tried to get a copy for va. They charged me 15 dollars then have made me wait for over a week. Any other place would been nice enough to help and not charge for one visit paperwork. They have either fast talking podiatry spend not even five-minutes with standing by the door looking at his watch. Avoid them. Veterans beware.

Unfriendly check in staff. Apparently My foot problem was boring to the doc, after peeking at my foot she turned around to chart and would barely engage in conversation to discuss treatment plan. Needless to say, I won’t be going back there

They don't make you feel welcomed and receptionist is rude. Doctor Miller is nice but never prepared or organized. Doctor Evans is a sloppy quack. I don't know how they stay in practice.

They are a tad slow but the doctors are nice. They play religious music non stop which is annoying at times. Tired of the polarizing Christian music.

When scheduling, I was told to arrive at 8:30 for my 8:45 appointment but when I showed up the door was locked since they don't even open until 9:00. I tried getting the front desk's attention but was resolutely ignored so I tried calling when I got back to my car but the automated answering machine also told me they were closed. By now I'm pretty frustrated and while waiting, I started getting a bad feeling about the fact that I never got a reminder call. 9:01 hits and they unlock the door so I go to check in and I tell them I was told to be there 30 minutes before opening which is confusing which is when the front desk tells me that the doctor wasn't even there and wouldn't be in until later. She rudely stated that they called me two days prior to inform me of the scheduling conflict, which my phone records actually contradict since they never called me or left a message, but didn't give me an option of rescheduling. I understand surgeries come up, but there was absolutely no communication and if you're asking me to arrive early to respect your time, then it should go both ways. I have genuine problems that affect me more and more each day but I'd rather wait longer for a different office that has their stuff together than go back here where they don't care about you or your time.
