Extremely pleasing 2 the eyes and well maintained. Great front gate security ( Fyi- Need DL or NO entry). Very safe community! Pleasantly diverse as well. Homes are worth every penny and hav several models that are contemporary, and layouts r very desirable.
The community center has large parking ?️ lot, clubhouse, w/ pool, & playground. Defly looks and seems competently operated and exceeds expectations. Folks within are always displaying a truly friendly & pleasant community. Greer Ranch is a true Gem ? in the Hills!

“Normally a wonderful experience, but the last few times have had different people here, so feels like no continuity.
Today someone was smoking outside the building (rude). So yes, my asthma was triggered after being great all day. Then the nurse (who was very sweet) smelled of smoke and lotion. So now, after arranging my day, driving 45 mins due to traffic, im asked to defer until tomorrow. Nope. Will go elsewhere for this donation.”
