Costco is just the best. The Murrieta location seems to have a less crowded, easy in and out access for gasoline too.

A young guy by the name of Bid was not polite, but Juan was helpful. He came to offer help.

I always come here for gas, but this was my first time inside the actual store. There was a lot of things to see and I did end up going home with things that I wasn't planning on buying I found a bathrobe for an excellent price of $16 which are way higher at Kohl's where they were going for $30-$40 for a bathrobe. I also found two shirts, excellent prices, you can't beat their prices. It was busy in the store but the lines went pretty quick. My cashier was very friendly, and very helpful. The reason why I normally don't go inside is because I live by myself and everything comes in bulk size or at least a majority of it does. After todays visit, I DEFINITELY plan on going back now that I found some good deals. Thanks for building one so close to my home

I moved from Orange County and I loved going to Costco there because they had so many vegan options. Here not so much. I should have visited in person instead of bought my membership online I keep hoping they up their game and vegan selections , but as of now I don’t see that ever happening:( veggie tempura was my favorite ❤️

My new favorite Costco!I wish their patio for eating were a bit more spacious. It is sad that you can't even relax and enjoy those wonderful hotdogs! But the people see friendly and generous with their time to assist a member in need!

Costco has some variety of good quality food items, also all sorts of quality clothes, tech items, even jewelry and books, usually at a pretty competitive price. They also hand out sample foods regularly. There’s also a food court with great options. There’s also a gas station with competitive prices, but for using all that you gotta be using their internal id, even for entering the store, they don’t have baskets so you gotta carry stuff in your hands or drag around the unwieldy cart around the huge hangar, they don’t accept Mastercard, and if you would like to pay cash to your friend who got their id for the cookies you purchased, you gotta do it so they don’t see you do that, or you’ll get reprimanded by the cashier. Upon exit there’s persons carefully ticking off your check against the cart in case you stole something on your way out from the cashiers. Would shop for Kirkland brand and occasional clothes, but hate the customer service, but I bet online shopping requires their member id as well.

Easy parking about noon today. I wanted more bakery goods. The gas station was pretty full. I decided to skip getting fuel. This is a needed store in the area. The parking lot is too small.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of shopping at Costco, and let me tell you, it was absolutely dreadful. From start to finish, everything about this store left me frustrated and disappointed. Here are the reasons why I strongly advise you to stay away from Costco:1. Chaotic Store Layout: Navigating through the store felt like a never-ending maze. The aisles were poorly organized, making it impossible to find what I needed without spending an eternity searching. It seemed like they deliberately arranged the items to confuse and frustrate customers.2. Overwhelming Crowds: The sheer number of people in the store was suffocating. It felt like a madhouse with shopping carts crashing into each other and customers pushing and shoving. The long queues at the checkout made me question if I had entered a theme park instead of a retail store.3. Limited Product Selection: Despite its large size, Costco surprisingly had a limited variety of products. Many essential items were out of stock, and the options available were generic and subpar. It was disappointing to see such a lack of variety, especially considering the store's reputation.4. Unhelpful Staff: The employees at Costco seemed completely disinterested in assisting customers. I encountered several instances where I needed help or had a question, but the staff members were either nowhere to be found or simply shrugged me off. Their lack of professionalism and customer service skills were evident throughout my visit.5. Excessive Bulk Packaging: Costco's obsession with bulk packaging is excessive and impractical for the average consumer. Not everyone needs a lifetime supply of toilet paper or a gallon of ketchup. It's a wasteful approach that forces customers to buy more than they need, leading to unnecessary expenses and storage issues.6. Inadequate Return Policy: Costco's return policy is a nightmare. Despite claims of customer satisfaction, the process is overly complicated and time-consuming. They make it incredibly difficult to return or exchange items, leaving you stuck with products that you may not want or need.In conclusion, my experience at Costco was an absolute nightmare. The chaotic store layout, overwhelming crowds, limited selection, unhelpful staff, excessive bulk packaging, and inadequate return policy all contributed to my frustration. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere, where you can find better service, convenience, and a more pleasant shopping experience.

I am so grateful that this Costco opened so conveniently close to where I live so I can get gas and avoid going all the way to Winchester. Always in and out so fast and have had the best experience checking out. Props to the Costco warm springs team!

This Costco is on the smaller side for me and doesn't have as much product as other locations, but they have the main staples. The parking lot that I see people complaining about is on trend with Murrieta's infrastructure, nothing makes sense lol.The tire Center is awesome. The customer service that I dealt with there was great. Shot out to Charles, Angel, and Ray. I also like that I can enter from the exit to go to the Tire Center unlike Sam's Club who makes you go through the entrance and walk all the way around to the exit where the Tire Center is.

I bought a 75 inch TV during their huge sale. Unfortunately, it didn't fit in my car. My fault. However, the amazing employees here weren't about to let me go home empty handed.Four of them volunteered to tie themselves to the top of my car and carry the TV back to my house. Yes, you read that right. When we got home, I offered them a ride back. But by the time the words came out of my mouth, all four employees went into a T-pose and began spinning like a helicopter. Then they flew off into the sunset, not leaving a single trace behind. What an amazing place.

Always great for a cruise around. Lots of options for picking up extra items not on your shopping list. Pizza, hot dog, coffee smoothie for treats.

The biggest majority of the employees here are very pleasant and helpful. Costco is one of my favorite places to shop, especially for vitamins, dog products and groceries. I really like Kirkland products, as they are equivalent or better than many name brand products. I always spend more than I intend to though.

This Costco is relatively new an very clean. Unfortunately, it is super busy at this location, which contributes to a mess in the store and in the parking lot. The crush of customers seems to impact the staff as well as I found several who were less than customer friendly. I recommend shopping here early in the week and early in the morning, if possible, for a better experience.
