Do not send your kids hereEvery month it’s a new set of employeesWho does not seem to know what they’re doing, As far as the school age kids. I believe that a lot of the teachers are young and racist. Children of color are. It safe there

If I can give them no stars I would. Very unprofessional, rude mean and everything else. they seemed to always have a story of my child and I was often given incidents reports on something my child did. But had never received an incident report when something happened to my child. Scratches bruises knots on his head none ever knew what happened. A teacher once told my daughter "your mom lets you dress like that" how rude and really angered me. I do not suggest this childcare center at all. they charge your cards when they feel like it not when its scheduled to be charged. they will let you rack up in fees and payments before they actual charge your cards. it's ridiculous I do not even think half of the staff is eligible to even work for a child care center every month it's new staff. they are very young and rude. don't do it run!!

As a teacher at Crayon Ranch, I would like to send a shout out to our parents that work hard everyday, especially for this Father's Day week! Thank you for all you do! Also, I would like to thank our teachers that are dedicated to their jobs. In addition, administration as well as the owners deserve a special appreciation. It takes a wonderful team of people to raise a great child! Also, we would never want to leave out our awesome grandparents and extended families! May you all be blessed!?❤️

I spent a lot of time finding the right child care facility for my son. Brittney and Sharon have both been so helpful with everything from enrollment to healthy development milestones, every step of the way. They are always there to answer every question. My son looks forward to each day with his friends and teachers and shares something new he’s learned every time I pick him up. Crayon Ranch utilizes state of the art apps to keep parents informed of activities, updates and achievements and I always know what is going on with my child. 5 stars all the way!

WOW! Is all I have to say! Brittney was amazing, providing exceptional care for my child (who is very shy in any new situation) They made me feel very at ease and reassured me that my child would be safe and very well taken care of. So far they have kept that promise! Cant say enough good things about it!

I was 1 week postpartum when I started looking for childcare. We had just moved to the area and I wasn't aware how impacted the childcare facilities were. Crayon Ranch was one of a few childcare places out of 20 that actually called me back. Our daughter is the youngest at the center and we couldn't be more happy. We love that we can communicate through the app and the check in/check out process is easy. Ms. Caitlin and Ms. Jessina are amazing! They post pictures every day and give us updates on our daughter. As new parents they've given us a lot of guidance and we are so grateful.

After our move, we needed to find a school close by. After some research and a few recommendations, we found this place. At first our daughter had a hard time with the transition, but she is now doing better than ever. Great school, great staff. We absolutely love this place. Can't say enough.

Both of my daughters began attending Crayon Ranch in fall of 2020. They both love their teachers and classmates. My husband and I feel great comfort in knowing that our daughters are not only being taken care of very well but are learning a lot while there. My oldest gets to participate in the big kids summer field tips for the first time this year and she is very excited!

This review is a long time coming. My wife and I have been bringing our son here for a few months and I have to say, he has really blossomed. He always comes home with a special experience or something awesome he learned that day. He has always been a little shy, but now has many friends. He totally loves his teachers. (Not gonna name, cause I don't want to leave anyone out). It really makes me happy to know he is in a great place. I know when he leaves, he will miss this place. Thank you Crayon Ranch, and your wonderful staff for making my childs quality of care and learning a priority. I will recommend you guys to everyone I know.

My oldest son attended Crayon Ranch several years ago and absolutely loved it! So when I got custody of my 2 grandsons, I enrolled them. It was an absolute nightmare. The staff was very unprofessional and was mainly very young girls. I was constantly called to pick them up for bad behavior. There was never a time that a possible solution was discussed. One day I went to the class and was standing by the door, I over heard one of the teachers scream really loud at my 2 year old.The owners daughter is rude and dismissive. I WOULD not recommend this center unless they hired all new staff.

My daughter has been going to Crayon Ranch for over a year & has loved it. Excellent teachers who truly care and put their heart in the kids. She has learned alot since going & continues to everyday. I rest assured while I'm at work knowing my little one is in good hands. Definitely recommend Crayon Ranch!!!

bad child care.the school not clean and dont understand, they call for family to pic up the kid because they not sleep.so funny, never have any school to do like that.I pay money for them to take care my daughter for us can go to work ,not to stay home relax, but they call to pick her up because she didn't take and nap and they want her sit in the cot over two hours. how the baby 3 years old can do that.i think they not enought patient to take care the kid.

My oldest daughter went here in 2018. It was great. She loved it and thrived at this daycare. So when we were considering day care options for my toddler for 2020 it was no question that she would also attend crayon ranch. WOW WHAT A DIFFERENCE. The way the new director runs this daycare is completely different than it used to be. I was literally shocked when she introduced herself as the director as this women was completely unprofessional and I would be surprised if she had any child care experience at all. My two year old was teething and therefore started biting. After her second incident the director scolded my child in front of me and told me if she bit another child “she’s done”. I was shocked. So they were not looking to find a solution to the biting or work with me to work with her she was just done. The director then went to describe how the toddler my daughter bit was her friend and a very sweet toddler and that she had no idea why my daughter wanted to hurt her. I literally couldn’t believe what I was hearing. This woman made my 2 year old out to me a mean girl!! Then when she bit for a third time the director stood outside my daughters door and stated we are “letting her go”. And no you will not be credited for the rest of the week since it’s us terminating her. She was so rude and unprofessional. I am overall happy that my daughter is not attending this school as I would not trust the director overseeing my daughter. She is attending a new daycare where all of a sudden she is once again doing great with absolutely no biting. It’s sad to see such a good school go down the drain. My advise is to take your children else where
