I think the employees here are fantastic but if I go to the store I want somebody to ring me up. If I wanted to ring myself up I would get a job at CVS. The fact that there are no discounts for ringing ourselves up while you are enjoying discounts for not paying employees is ridiculous. Not to mentiona literal 4 foot long receipt! It's a slap in the face to the people in this area that are in need of jobs and not wanting to ring ourselves up and not get paid or discount for it! We do not want self check out. We do not want 4 foot long receipts. We do not want wasteful companies in our area. I love Cvs but I will stop shopping here and I will start posting about it on our community pages if there's not a huge change in the next 2 to 3 months.

This has to be the worst CVS pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Over the short, four months or so that I’ve had my prescriptions here I have been not allowed to pick some of them up without a consultation, these were topical common acne medicines from my daughter that she’s been using for a year and a half already. To top it off the pharmacist was not in, so I was not allowed to have the prescriptions. The pharmacy is not close to my home so I drove over there for nothing. The next time I went to pick up prescriptions that were ready. I waited for 10 minutes in the drive-through behind another car to pull up to the window to a recording that was stating they were now closed for lunch. Then I called to have them delivered. I received notification. they were headed out for delivery with an immediate cancellation followed by a phone call stating I had to pay for delivery because my minor child is not on my care pass. The care pass that I have used at my previous CVS location without any issues. Apparently this CVS requires me to add her to my care pass card. I attempted to do that at 4 o’clock our time and the offices were closed. Maybe I just had terrible luck and timing, but my advise is to not use this pharmacy location.

Gloria and Shalisa are always helpful with saving money by checking if you have any coupons or CVS bucks available. Always do price checking for me with a smile

I like this CVS a lot. All the people that work in the store are nice. What's important to me is how the employees in the pharmacy treat me and they're always helpful. My son has medical issues and we've had a few situations with authorizations for prescriptions with my insurance that were completed with their help. They're respectful and kind and in a few cases they've gone out of their way to help us. Last week the CVS in Target didn't bother to keep a medication in stock after my son had been on it for a year. I got sick of their poor attitude and laziness, so I had my doctor send it to this CVS. They filled it fast and when I went to pick it up, they were very nice. When I had called them to have it transferred, they were nice and didn't act like I was bugging them. They are always busy but they manage to fill my prescriptions on time and I've called before and asked them to fill it earlier than the scheduled time, and they've done that too. 5 stars for them! I've been shopping here for 2 years and they have been good to me.

Great store, great experience! Store is clean, helpful stuff, shelves are always organized and well stocked, great selection of product ! Pharmacy is in a league of its own - the best! Pharmacy Personnel are well informed, professional and friendly.

This survey is about 2 weeks old. I didn’t get to hit post in time, when my phone died.
I LOVE this CVS!! It’s the most organized, cleanest, well stocked CVS in all of Murrieta, Menifee and Temecula put together. I didn’t go to the Pharmacy today, but for the most part, they are very helpful and definitely get a 100% grade for excellent customer service.
Today, I was disappointed with the lack of communication with the cashier at the front door. I was tempted just to make a u- turn and go to Target but I was tired and not feeling well, since I just had heart surgery on Thursday. The young brunette with wavy shoulder length hair about 17 didn’t acknowledge me coming in or leaving the store. She never offered to help me. She and another associate that was working on the ad were having a personal conversation which is EXTREMELY unprofessional when you’re working. That is what breaks and lunches are for. It probably would be very beneficial if they took a refresher course on Customer Service. They need to remember that they have a job and paycheck because of the customers. It would be great if everyone wore their name tag where it is visible to the customer, especially when it is part of their uniform. I took two stars away, one for no greeting when I came in and another one for not being acknowledged while I went through the store by either the lady putting OTC items away or the one working on the ad.
I hope Gloria is working the next time I go in. She has phenomenal customer service skills and is genuinely friendly and helpful. I’m hoping next time I can give this CVS 5 stars. This store does get 5 stars for appearance. It’s always well stocked and clean and aisle are always clear!!

Needed a passport photo and Gloria greeted me the second I walked in and took care of me. Couldn't imagine someone doing a better job. They need to do whatever they can to keep people like Gloria who are kind and efficient.

Store does not stay open until their posted hours. The CVS app shows the store open until 10:00PM however doors were locked. Customers were shopping inside but they did not allow anyone to enter. The employee stated that they lock the doors at 9:50 PM, because her manager wants them to leave at 10:00PM.If you close at 9:50 PM, then change your official hours.

My local CVS is always a happy, lively store full of exactly what I need. The staff is so friendly and the shelves are always full and never lacking. The pharmacy is quick and convenient and the self checkout is super helpful. I love my local CVS!

I am not usually moved to action by the performance of pharmacists but I felt compelled to write this review: one of their staff went above and beyond today to help me get a medicine that is critical to my health and livelihood. That is to say, life. For neurodivergent folks, sometime the antidepressants are saving lives. Same thing with other meds. I have had a few encounters at this location pharmacy over the years that made me think that there is something special about that particular CVS. I see a low ranking for this location and I can only assume they all reference an individual that probably is no longer employed. These pharmacists respect sensitive information and medicine and they will help you get your meds, even if that particular facility is out. This isn't something that they NEED to do, by the way! So if one ever does this for you, please be sure to thank them. They could easily make you track that kind of thing on your own because they work at A CVS, not ALL CVS. Anyways, blessings to this pharmacy and the folks who did such a good job keeping it together during COVID when the entire medical system was collapsing. Come on, folks! Time to start appreciating people again. It just FEELS better, doesn't it?

I am a HUGE ADVOCATE AND SUPPORTER for great customer service. Well, guys, I gotta tell ya. This location has a group of the sweetest employees that provide such a warm attitude as soon as you walk in the store. I've recently moved back from Orange County, and as soon as I walked in, the girls greeted me with such joy. They even remembered me after years of being on hiatus. It may not be a big deal to some. You may think, "It's just cvs," but it's not that at all. It's the great attitude, warmth of spirit, and helpfulness towards others that makes an impact. So thank you so much for your hard work, and know I appreciate being treated with such kindness
