The team here is an absolute mess when it comes to communicating anything, they will email and call you with incorrect info They are however friendly in person but beware their selection of dresses to try on is also pretty bad at least for bridesmaids, and alterations cost as much as the dress which is insane

Plz Shout Out to this Amazing Store Manager MARISOL GODINEZ" She totally made my day. Great customer service, i had a problem w dress and she fixed the whole situation from another David bridal store. Also the Great team like Angela the stylist, Irina K. That helped on all ur wedding, dresses needs. Wat a Great Team !! Thank u ladies, and see u soon. Dresses are beautiful and price is not bad for the quality..

Brides beware. David's Bridal is apparently going through some major changes in regards to how they do customer facing. Their sales tactics are now very psychological. I have gone to DB on many occasions for brides maids dresses or when my friends tried on wedding dresses, it was never like this. Firstly you now get 1 hour and 3 dresses. We were practically getting kicked out after 30 minutes because I had already tried on my max dresses. My consultant who was nice but not very patient did let me try on one last dress. Which was quite beautiful but more than I wanted to spend. But I loved it and it was the only one that lit a spark for me. So I said okay this is the one. She brings over a bell (which I have never seen done previously) has you ring it and everyone comes over and claps for you and cheers. I told the consultant I wanted to talk to my fiancé first because I don't think he was prepared for that cost. I didn't have a budget the money wasn't the issue it was just more than I wanted to spend. The manager came up and said "Why arnt you buying today? Is it a budget issue?" RUDE! That's when my red flags went up. I decided to talk to the lady up front about what it would be monthly with a payment plan and again the manager continued to pressure me to buy and sign the paperwork. The amount of pressure was so intense I got overwhelmed and left. I won't be getting that dress. They ruined my bridal experience I waited so long to have. Just be aware of their high pressure sales tactics and how the manager will break you down.

This would have been a 5 star review, however, upon going through the items we left with I am highly disappointed in the selfishness of our sales person. Aside from the experience (explained below) which was at the end of our appointment and that had to do with the dishonesty of our salesperson when purchasing the items, it was a great experience up until that point. The ONLY reason I'm giving more than one star is because, the appointment up until the end was great, they had beautiful dresses, made my sisters appointment special, and most importantly my sister ended up saying 'yes to the dress' which is all that matters. What I HATE is that the dress/vail combo that she said yes to, was NOT what was sold to us. Thank goodness, we noticed the salesperson sold us a different color, and more expensive vail to us rather than the correct one that my sister had on. My sister tried on (and said yes to) a White Vail, since the dress she picked and we purchased is white. Yet, without being upfront about it, or even telling us about the change, ours salesperson sold us a more expensive version of the same vail in Off-White. The fact she would up-sell the WRONG colored vail to us, all for a little more commission, and not with any worry that it would mess up my sisters day makes me livid.

I came in recently last minute to find a dress for a wedding, Ariana was my consultant, she was great! Ariana is so sweet, very attentive and she was able to get the dress I wanted. The whole experience was very relaxing and fun.

Taylor was wonderful and so helpful! I was a walk in (I accidentally scheduled my appt in the wrong location!) and she worked a double appt with me and another bride. She was so helpful, kind, and knowledgeable!

Went shopping for a dress for myself (mom of groom), my 12 year old daughter and for mom. Our stylist, Dilly, was amazing and so helpful. Dilly's suggestions were above and beyond anything we expected. We are extremely satisfied with the care we received and her attention to every detail. She really made us feel so welcomed and comfortable and the whole experience was great. We all got gorgeous, elegant dresses and are so happy. If you go to the Murrieta location, ask for Dilly. Thank you so much David's Bridal and thank you for having a gem of a stylist like Dilly!

I went into my appointment this morning. My stylist was Taylor Ingram. She was great extremely patient and helpful. Did not make me feel rushed. She made me feel beautiful. Everybody at the store was friendly.
