Asdis who checked us out at the register was great and friendly, but the sales assistant Kathie or Kaylee was very unprofessional. Will have to wait until the weekend to comment on the purchase

hello citizens ?. me and my friends took a trip to the mall to try on some soccer cleats. it was a bright wonderful day till these “people” didn’t it help us at all. it was a group of us and we asked for sizes one man said yea hold on then walked away.another said one sec she’ll help. this activity went on and on. eventually a mother and daughter came by then asked a woman for a size while we have been waiting for 20 minutes she proceed to ask why we were trying on the cleats we said so we can feel them then she rolled her eyes and walked off. I believe she acted this way out of hate and with discrimination because we are teens✊?.

Do not order same day delivery. It’s not labeled that you need to order before 2pm for same day. I asked for cancellation of order and was denied. Expect to receive zero help with customer service. Just shop somewhere else.

A couple days before Christmas and they open at 9:00 a.m. but for some reason don't open the door connected to the mall. When I called to let them know they said they are not going to open it until 10:00 a.m. and to "walk around". The mall is open and people are waiting outside the door yet because of horrible management they keep that door closed... lost a few customers today.

Hi, I wanted to bring an issue to your attention regarding my recent visit to your store. Today, I went in to make a purchase and noticed that there was only one employee, Megan, working the register despite there being over 20 customers in line. Megan was very sweet, but when I asked her why she was working alone, she didn't have an answer. It was clear to me that her workload was not balanced.As I was leaving the store, I passed by another register where there were three cashiers and an order pick-up area. This made me feel bad for Megan, as it seemed unfair that she was left to handle such a large number of customers on her own. I called the store and asked to speak with a manager. However, Danielle, the manager on duty, needs to work on her customer service skills. When I shared my experience, she responded with a blunt "okay." This made me realize that if the managers don't know how to communicate effectively with customers, it reflects poorly on their ability to support and assist their employees.I also want to mention that another employee, walked by and quietly told Megan that she was doing a great job, but she seemed embarrassed and concerned. It's disheartening that an employee recognized the need to help, while the management did not.I believe it's important for the management to address these issues and improve the overall customer service and support provided to both employees and customers. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Despite how crazy it is in there due to holiday shopping all staff were very helpful. BUTTTT!!!! One associate that stood out was REGINA. She was at the register and was super helpful. She made sure we didn't leave that store without the items we couldn't find. Great job Dicks on hire such a sweep and helpful person.

I bought several items here throughout the years always full priced. I recently came across a clothing apparel that Ive also found on a manufacturer's website for 30%. I decided to test Dick's "we will match any price offered by a retailer guaranteed". The manager simply said we cannot match that price. So... the manufacturer which is (under armour brand) is selling the item 30% off but Dicks refuse to honor it? False statement of "best price guaranteed" I ended up just getting the item straight from manufacturer. I guess thats why the store is called Dicks. Very disappointing. Cannot recommend a store that doesn't stand by their statement.

It's the selfishness of man the holds the human species from progressing forward! Went here for some shoe laces and something that probably cost 15cents to make is $10?! This is where everyone should see where we're going wrong here. The ones making the laces probably don't even make $10 an hour or anywhere near a liveable wage! The exploitation of humans must stop! Government needs to STOP the printing of monopoly money! THIS IS THE DECLINE! ONLY WE CAN STOP THEM!

We waited for about 20 minutes for the salesperson to bring us a pair of shoes. He came back out and didn't say a word to us and asked someone else if they needed help. We walked out. Disappointed
