I will say that Natalie was very nice when I spoke with her on Friday. However the salesman we had today was horrible. He was very rude. We were ready to purchase a car onsite today. We had 3 we were interested in. I drove over an hour away thinking it was all arranged but once I arrived clearly bringing all three cars out was an issue. The first one had 2 cracks in the windshield. We were told it was a non smoking car however it had burn marks in the dash, seat and panel. The 2nd had a 3 inch hole in the paint. I was waiting to see a Sentra when I ended up leaving. It was very evident the salesperson had no intention of actually helping. When we test drove the first car we were called 4 mins in and asked what was going on. He was tracking us the entire time. Please don’t lower your standards when buying a car. If you are spending thousands on a vehicle you shouldn’t be treated like an inconvenience. Do better y’all

I made an appointment to see a used vehicle that this (by appointment only used car dealership) is selling. I found it through carfax and called to make sure it was available. I arrived 10 minutes early, and the vehicle was not ready for 20 minutes..... Sales staff seemed indifferent. The salesman informed me that the price listed online is not the actual price. I was told there were dealer ad ons installed on this used vehicle that are not optional. As i was looking over the vehicle, I found several small dents, dings, and scratches on the paint, a missing cabin dome light, and scratches to the interior plastics. ........Seems strange to ad $2500 worth of suspicious and unnecessary ad ons but neglect to make some obvious simple repairs.Dealerships should just advertise the actual price of the vehicle and not lure you in with a fake price. It's misleading, dishonest, discourteous, and a waste of everyone's time.

Listen to me these guys know what they are doing! About three years ago I bought a car from them and till this day I have not done any maintenance other than the regular oil change! I stopped by the other day and they had a huge variety of cars where George was very helpful and nice by showing me around! I am going to come back to purchase my second car from them soon!

If I could give one star I would. Had an appointment yesterday and my brother and I were 20 minutes early to our appointment. In the time I got there no one acknowledged me. I forgot the sales rep name who helped us but he was short and more on the heavy side. He showed us the car turned on and I liked the car but I wanted to test drive it. He led us to his office and the price went from 17,500k to 23k. My brother asked for a print out and he didn't want to at first and wrote the break down. He asked me if I could afford the car which is a legitimate question. I said I'm pre-approved through my credit union and want to test drive. He asked if I was okay with the price. I said I won't know until I test drive. They make it so hard and basically want you to agree to buy the car before you test drive it. The price add-ons were like 3k add ons from the dealer. I don't recommend going this dealer. Stay far away and run. One of these add ons was a protectant spray but he wouldn't tell my brother what the spray consisted of because they wanted to charge 1450 for the protectant. I can understand why this car has been sitting for sale for over 2 months. We were told this car had no accidents but upon acceleration, there was a jerky feel. The car is a 2021 that is concerning and even my brother commented on that. The sales rep rudness turned us off completely from making the deal.. I'm car shopping for myself but I'm glad my brother was there to advocate for me. My brother has bought multiple cars and is a veteran and he says he has never been treated so poorly.

FYI, I viewed a car online and called to talk to a salesperson. I spoke to a gentleman, I can't remember his name but he was helpful and told me to come in and see the car when I was ready. A few days later I was in the area and decided to stop by. They are located in a small industrial area with no visible cars in the parking area. There is a small doorway to enter and they have a reception area. The young lady was on the phone with a customer and the other gentleman was with other customers. Once they were free about 10 min later, they asked if I had an appointment. I said no. He said I need to make an appointment and come back?! What?' I'mHere I said and I'm looking for a car. What they didn't know is that I was ready to pay cash that day. Horrible customer service. I asked to see the car I looked at online. He said that car was not here and I would need to wait for them to bring it to this location. I said how long because I didn't want to be there for hours and he stated only 15 min. Once the car arrived I needed to sign a waiver and provide my insurance card and my id? My insurance what the heck? I drove the car alone and the sales guys didn't really seem interested in selling the car. Horrible customer service. Stay away from these guys!

If you notice almost every car they have says "Great Deal" and it seems too good to be true....well it is. I made an appointment to go see a car that was a "Great Deal" value. This dealer was over two hours away so I started doing some research about the dealer to make sure they were legit. I came across numerous posts talking about how you get there to see a vehicle and then they add on a bunch of non-disclosed "extras" that you have to accept. The car was listed at $20,800 and way down in the fine print at the bottom it talks about how the car has some sort of mandatory alarm and "RESISTALL" treatment on it that you have to buy and is non-negotiable. Anyway the car was really over $25k when you add everything in. Stay away from this dealer

Liked that even though you need to schedule appointments to see vehicles, they are very flexible to when you can come view/purchase your vehicle of interest. Brian was very kind and informative on helping me purchase my vehicle. yay for my new car, thank you!

*FALSE ADVERTISING* DON’T LET THEIR “GOOD” ONLINE PRICE FOOL YOU!!! Tried to sneak in almost $4K in “dealer fees” to a less than 19k car!!! Totally insane!! Then tried to say that is how every dealer does it. Liars and scammers!!!! I knew something was off with this place as soon as I met the salesman. Wouldn’t show us the bottom line price breakdown until we brought a check in. What a waste of our precious time and gas money making multiple trips out there. I would much rather go to a big reputable dealer that is upfront about their pricing and charges more for their vehicle; rather than work with sleaze balls like these.

Car I went to look at had a lot of visible repairs that were corrected improperly. Would have needed to spend thousands just to get the car repaired correctly. Of course, body damage wasn't mentioned at all in the listing. There was a carfax on file that stated minor damage, but the damage was extensive. Not willing to negotiate price at all to compensate for the needed repairs. Drove 1.5 hours for nothing!! Don't waste your time!
