First off this place is absolutely amazing and beautiful in every way! Felicia our leasing agent has been extremely helpful and hospitable! You can tell that she and the other ladies in the office, genuinely care about the people living there or wanting to live there. I'd also like to point out Carolyn who is very kind and helpful as well! Yesterday we had a minor issue with our washing machine, and the same day they came and fixed it. Overall we are so happy we moved here, and so thankful for Felicia and all that she's done for us! If you are wanting a leasing agent who won't try to just take your money and will be helpful and caring Felicia is your girl! Also, Eagle Glen is one of the best and most beautiful places in Murrieta!

This use to be a great place to live and then ownership changed. The facilities are not well kept anymore. They don't enforce the non-smoking of tobacco and marijuana use on the property of the apartment complex which subjects you or any neighbor to the lovely smell of marijuana/tobacco smoke which will fill your apartment if you're on the upper levels and have your windows open. When you complain it falls on deaf ears and you have to be proactive and follow-up continuously...even then good luck. So if you have asthma or family members who do, this is not the place to live.

My son and I just moved into the Eagle Glen apartments last month. Extremely satisfied so far. The staff is amazing and the maintenance man gets to you right away.

It was a Tuesday afternoon when I decided to make brunch and found the items in the freezer we're completely defrosted and my ice cream was soup. I placed an online maintenance request and a follow up call to the office. Big "Thank You" to Lani, Jose, and Josh! Lani listened to my complaint and said she would follow up. Tweny minutes later Jose and Josh showed up with a fridge. They were so considerate and professional. They carefully moved items to make way for the incoming fridge. Going as far as asking which side I wanted to open the fridge/freezer on, wiping down the outside of the fridge once it was installed, and even picking up any traces of footsteps they thought they had left on the floor. Love these two! Thanks guys!Ms.Paula

We are SO excited to be moving in here. It’s beautiful and everything Carolyn said it would be. We did everything over the phone and online with her before even seeing the apartment and she did not let us down. It is exactly what we wanted! Carolyn made this entire experience super light and easy. We are very grateful! Eagle Glen already feels like home.

The letter Q on the top front of building Q is created confusion on numerous occasions because it does look like letter O . The dash on lower part of letter instead of going all the way into the circle, is juststick to the outer edge of the circle and instead of letter Q, it look ike letter O with a small short tail hanging!!!! Many food and furniture deliveries that supposed to deliver their products to building O are delivered to building Q instead just because the Q font looking like O!!! Please do something to change this, it will save times and sanity of delivery peoples ( and friends) Thank you.

I have lived at Eagle Glen Apartments for over a year now. Everyone has been very helpful especially Vanessa from the leasing office and the maintenance team! I appreciate the open communication from the management team when they are available, I do find it easier to walk into the office versus calling. I also appreciate that the apartment complex is maintained extremely well. Any time, I need something as simple as light bulb changed - its taken care very quickly and urgent matters even quicker. I have never had any issues with my neighbors or their pets and that makes me very happy because I feel safe in my environment. I have read past reviews of this complex but it didn't deter me from coming to visit the place on my own and this was the only complex that actually looked exactly like it was pictured, have followed through on helping when needed and even owned any errors or mistakes that may have happened with miscommunication very quickly to help their tenants feels heard, appreciated and valued. It would be nice to have some social events held for their tenants but I can also understand that being challenging since there are MANY buildings here.

Lani, Vanessa and the team at Eagle Glen are all wonderful! Lani does an amazing job leading the team, and I can say she truly is one of the best property managers I have had the opportunity to work with. They work hard for their residents!

We don't feel like we are in an apartment, and the photos speak for themselves. It's quiet, maintenance is very responsive, and the initial staff we dealt with were supportive, caring and professional. I would recommend this complex to anyone who appreciates beauty.

I recently moved out and I thought I would not have the experience others had when moving out. Of course, they wanted to keep the security deposits and I was charged cleaning fees for a clean apartment, which I have videos of. When I contacted Greystar they showed me receipts which charged me less than what I was quoted. They have yet to respond to me and its been weeks. I was informed the cleaning charges were because I had a pet which was untrue. This apartment complex has gone downhill (which is why I moved out). Rising prices, bad maintenance and frequent inspections without any notice of entry afterwards (you are only notified prior). Anyways, if you move in here DO NOT expect your deposit back. They will charge you as much as possible and want more after moving out. Would rate 0 if possible. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

I really loved this apartment when I first moved in but recently I’ve noticed that resident satisfaction is clearly not a priority anymore. They make sure to conduct inspections with only 3 days notice and they only do them during the week so no one is home. Not that we have anything to hide but I don’t know who is entering my home while I’m not there. They also just announced that they are taking away electronic and automatic payments and their office is only open from 9-6 which is when I work so it makes paying rent a bit difficult. Also the parking is ridiculous, they give you these little parking things you hang in your car and each unit is given two of them and you can only park in the unmarked spaces if you have one but nobody has them on their cars half the time and there is never any parking which forces residents to park in no parking zones. Many cars have been in the same spot for a long time and need to be towed or notified. They need to step it up because rent here isn’t cheap so they should make it worth living here.

I’m a 16 year old that moved in an apartment in this complex with my family and let me say. If you want to live somewhere nice don’t come here. The community manager closed the door in my fathers face because he was complaining about ants. We have a large ant infestation in our apartment. There are ants coming out of our shower!! Our washer and dryer have not been working properly since we came here and they have done nothing about it. We’re tired of all the ants and when we asked them about it as said earlier, THE COMMUNITY MANAGER CLOSED THE DOOR IN MY FATHERS FACE. This complex is very nasty and I wouldn’t recommend it for ANYBODY. I can only post photos here but I posted a video on the Facebook page for you guys to see

I found this complex very easy to navigate and the staff inside were very helpful when I needed a map. As a side note, I was delivering food and it appears they also have some sort of GPS that works with Google Maps. Leads you right to the building! The complex is very clean and well maintained with a pretty close proximity to places you'd normally need within a couple miles or so.

The apartment sucks. I am a 13 year old living w my family and we just moved here to these apartments and this is the worst place i've ever lived. There are ants everywhere and the community manager called the police in my dads face and closed the door in his face just because we told them to fix the ant problem. NASTY PLACE AND VERY NASTY CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT LIVE HERE.
