Great service! They send someone to go pick you up from the auto shop and take you to the rental office. I was taken to the back and chose a car. This was my first time renting a car and they made it easy to understand. Josh was very helpful and kind. He showed great customer service and was very patient in helping me a few times throughout my time renting the car. Awesome job Josh! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had to get a rental due to my car being in the shop. Got a phone call the day before letting me know there were multiple people picking up at my time slot and I could come in early to avoid a long wait. I got in just before a big rush and was so thankful for the call. Drop off was super quick and they were able to provide a ride to the shop to pick up my car.

Typical bait and switch sales tactic. The vehicle you reserve is not there on a arrival (like a used car dealership). They will show you "comparable vehicles" that will cost you more vs what you reserved. Since it's not the customers fault, they should honor the same price the customer was quoted for online regardless of the vehicle. The customer should not have to pay 2-3x what they were quoted. I understand it's sales, but at least have some integrity and honesty. You'll be surprised how many referrals you will get because you're honest. It's great for building relationships with customers. It's not so much the money. It's more about the principal in how you conduct business to increase and grow your business

Great A1 service. Great team. Communication skills. Everyone was welcoming with a smile.Answered all our questions. Even allowed us to check out all the other vehicles. From checking in to the return. Price was right for 5 days under $250. Thank you guys for making our transaction very quick and simple. Will definitely come back.

These people on the phone from Enterprise will hang up on you when it’s near closing time. One operator was supposedly in the middle of looking up my profile and I hear a sound and it says “our offices are now closed, call back tomorrow”. Well what happened to right now!!!!!!!! Second operator, “Let me put you on hold”. 10 mins later I hang up because I am pretty sure NONE of them want to work passed 5:30 when close is at 6pm. The hold put me passed 6! Gonna switch companies instead of switch cars as was originally planned.

Went to swap out my smelly rental car but unfortunately they didn't have another one available. The manager helped me out by putting an odor machine in it for 15 minutes. After that I couldn't smell anything, thanks again Friend!

I highly recommend Murrieta Enterprise. I was in need of a Car Rental due to my car being repaired. I ran into a small set back getting the rental however the Manager Melissa made it up and made sure I received a great car rental. I am very happy and recommend all your Car Rentals from Enterprise. My car is down, it's been a stressful week. However Enterprise has been a breath of fresh air. I visited the Hemet branch first then Murrieta. I've been coming to the Murrieta branch and expected exceptional service. My surprise is that the good service that I experience in Murrieta is also in Hemet.

0 stars if I could, service was good other then pushing extras, but there business practices anger me the most. Idk if it's entirely there fault or the insurances but you should not have to pay for a security deposit on a car, "payed" for by insurance for an accident that you where not at fault for. I know I'll get the money back it's just sucks when you're tight on money.

I rented a car here through a insurance company I was satisfied. But the midsize SUV I had only gave 10 miles per gallon and I had to push on the gas pedal kind of hard to get it to go faster on the freeway.

This Enterprise does well when checking in or out when renting a vehicle. They are truly a value added customer service establishment. They always give the customer the 'benefit of the doubt' with a positive experience.
