Unexpectedly needed a storage unit in a pinch and didn't have time to fool around. Was able to get into a unit within hours, before the very nice employee even had time to call and welcome me. Then suddenly I needed a second unit and had even less time to fool around. The process was so quick and easy. So glad Extra Space was there when I needed them. Much, much better than my experience with another storage chain (initials PS), even though I had reserved that one well in advance. I am paying more at Extra Space because I didn't catch a sale, but it's worth it.

It's been a beautiful experience so far! It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares especially when you’re going through a tough time, but I found that at Extra Space Storage thanks to Maria. One day I was overwhelmed and emotional, just sitting in my car, and she took the time to check on me and make sure I was okay. That alone meant so much.
Maria has helped me through multiple transitions, including getting set up with a third unit when I needed it most. She made sure the process was smooth and never made me feel like I was just another customer. She even calls each month just to help ensure my billing goes through and I don’t get hit with late fees. Who does that? She’s always kind to my kids, opens the restrooms for us, and even offers water when we’re stopping by. She goes above and beyond with heart.
Between the clean, secure facility and the genuine hospitality, this is hands down the best storage experience I’ve ever had. Thank you, Maria and team, for making a hard season a little easier.

I recently needed to rent a storage unit for my company and I must say this was THE BEST experience. Customer service was amazing. I spoke to someone that was easy to communicate with, handled all of my questions and got me on my way to my next task on my to do list. Aleta handled all of my booking for the unit, got me exactly what I needed and Maria called me next day to make sure I was taken care of. You don’t get customer service like this often anymore. Big fan.

I called in to reserve a storage unit and I spoke to Maria. What a wonderful person! She has excellent customer service and was there to guide me through the process. She made it very easy and answered all my questions. I recommend Extra Space storage in Murrieta off of Jefferson 100%.

These people are the lowest of the low. They aren’t onsite during business hours per in-person attempts or bathroom attempts. The rate hike game is insane. You can buy a car for less than they charge you.
