Didn't read the fine print because you can only drop off fedex packages with labels already made and prepaid. Not a real shipping center where you can come and package and create a label. This is pretty much only a dropoff point for Fedex only. I used Google search to look for a fedex location, so I didn't think twice about coming here. Ended up wasting a trip because I didn't read the fine print of what a fedex on-site really is and what it means. I think maybe they should rename these places "drop-off point" or something, I assumed fedex on-site meant you had all the normal features of a fedex ship station. Staff here was very polite though.

I think I got charged way too much to send a regular package, something that costs $20 with ups to ship cost $40 here, no flat prices which means they can charge whatever they want,whenever they want

Refused to take my package. Wasted 30 minutes driving out here to be told the paid for label was invalid. Ghetto place too. Homeless people swarming it. Extremely rude customer service. Avoid this place like the plaque.

Worst service ever. Had a package that was supposed to be delivered last Friday. Its now Friday the next week and still no package. Was told that it would be dropped off today and then all of a sudden its not being delivered and its now being held at a fed ex location 1 hr away from me. On top of that I cant pick it up till Monday. I ordered a part for my car and was going on a road trip. Now I can't go.

With a preprinted label package drop off was quick and easy. They emailed me a receipt on the spot.
