Bad first time experience!.. Nice place was expecting nice people.. they didn't want to cash my check and looking at me like I'm a criminal. All because my employers signature looked "scribbled" or so they say. ..

Omg. My business banks here, they always take FOREVER. and the kicker is it's almost always dead. The Asian ladies that with there are always talking about stupid inappropriate things out loud or complaining about there job. Note to their supervisor: you need to train them better or you'll lose business.

What a ridiculous bank. I work at a company that doesn't usually get its invoices paid through the main office. This month, customers sent checks to our location. I was asked to deposit the checks into the bank. There is no reason why I would know the Acct number. I am neither an owner nor a signer on the Acct. I filled out the deposit slip, added up the checks and put the company name. I then asked her to place the Acct number on it. She then tells me the company name isn't on their system, nor is the DBA. They've been able to pull the Acct number from the name before, they've done this many times in the past. I've dropped off checks before. No one has even had a problem looking it up. So I had to go to the car to grab the phone, call the company book keeper for the Acct, which I shouldn't be knowing, anyway!!! So I press the question, is this profile on the system? Why couldn't you just make the deposit? Then the teller's supervisor comes in and says they're protecting customer information !!!!! I don't ask for a balance, I didn't even ask for the Acct number... I AM MAKING A DEPOSIT NOT CASHING A CHECK OR WITHDRAWING MONEY!!!! So, protecting a customers Acct is forcing a non signer on the Acct to get the bank Acct number? Isn't that increasing unneeded exposure? Geez guys, train your tellers to think!

Clark P. Murrieta, member since originally Temecula Valley Bank and they have the best two tellers ever, Cheryl and Jennie and the rest of the staff that I deal with all the time including Rosemary, I look forward to seeing them weekly. They make my wife and I feel special! :)

I love this bank! It is like a community here. They treat you just like family. If I haven't been in for a month they ask me what's going on and how I have been. The service is amazing and I'm thankful that when I moved to murrieta 4 years ago I chose this bank. Thank you Jeannie & Cheryl

This has got to be the worst bank in the history of bad banks. The tellers are rude and preoccupied. They yell at you when you enter the bank "CAN I HELP YOU?" and the tellers are always the furthest from the entrance. When I explained to Lorraine, the bank teller what I needed, she pushed a form in front of me and aggressively said, "fill this out." I filled the deposit slip out. When Lorraine was completing the transaction Cheryl another bank teller walked out from the back to the station next to Lorraine with a plate of food and started eating and talking to Lorraine about the food. This distracted Lorraine and left me wondering when have you ever been to a bank where it is acceptable for a bank teller to eat their lunch in front of the customers and distract another teller from helping a customer? At the end of my interaction with Lorraine she sarcastically said thanks and that was all. At no time did Lorraine ask if she could help me with anything else. I assume she was interested in eating just like Cheryl was and not helping customers. This must be why there are never any other customers in the bank when my wife or I visit. I called hoping to speak to Jodi Rizzo but was told she will not be back for 10 days. I asked the lady who answered the phone if anyone else was available who could help me and she said "no, Rosemary was the one to talk to but she was at lunch." They need to change the name on the building from First Citizens Bank to "We are at lunch or not here to help." This bank takes at least 7 business days to clear transactions event cash deposits. Why do cash deposits have a pending status, even if they are only $2? Save yourself the frustration and do your banking anywhere but here were lunch is more important that serving customers and you are welcome to watch them eat it in front of you after you are yelled at and treated like a leper.

I own Super Discount Mattress Warehouse. I was having issues with my credit card terminal. Rosemary came out to my store diagnosed the problem and ordered me a brand new terminal free of charge. She even installed a temporary terminal to use until my new one arrives. Rosemary strikes me as the employee that is called upon whenever there is a problem. If she can't figure out the solution she will find the person that can. I received way more service than I expected-far beyond her job description.

Update: I have now been here for over 45 min trying to cash this check because of their ridiculous policies. I do not have an account here and just came to cash a check from an employer. Not only do I get charged an $8 fee for it but I have been standing at the window for over 25 minutes now waiting for them to "verify the check". I had somewhere important to be and needed to quickly get in and get out. Not spend over half an hour all together to cash a check just to pay my bills. Ridiculous. Absolutely ridiculous

Absolutely love this bank great customer service very personal no waiting to long all the staff is very professional ,very helpful and always in a good mood . They are willing to help you at all times . Staying in contact and trying to educate you with all the new possibility out there. Highly recommended .
