The parking lot was a ghost town. The guy blowing leaf’s looked at me like I should not park in the spot in front of the building. The lady , “Darryl” acted upset , did not have eye contact but looked at the sitting area as I was supposed to automatically know to wait. Then she layed it on me that I was totally inappropriate for being my car in on a Friday telling me to take time off work to bring the car in on a weekday for he convenience

Everyone was friendly and helpful! Daryl handled every concern I had and kept me updated. I was so amazed on how quickly everything went; my Tuesday appointment for a quote ended up being the start for the repair and I got my car back by the end of the week.

Alma was amazing. She worked hard and was super communicative with us. We had out of state insurance and she worked with them to ensure we were taken care of. Brand new shop beautiful and clean. I would use them again!
