“I've been going to gym on my own my whole life until I've decided to try out a class here. People here are so dedicated to their health, goals, and no one is joking around here. My gym workout was complete joke. It's been about 4 weeks of going to this gym and my health is already changing. I get tired less, losing body fat already, and gaining lean muscle. Coaches are friendly and supportive. I love it here and highly recommend people to give this place a try.”

“I’ve only gone once with a friend and it was my first rock climbing experience ever. It was a lot of fun but there was a problem. I jumped off the rock climbing wall from high up 2 or 3 times and ended up giving myself tendonitis in both patellar tendons and both quadricep tendons. It didn’t hurt at the time but the next day my knees felt a bit strange and I did some research on it. I didn’t really know that much about tendinitis and thought I’d be fine as long as I didn’t jump for a while but that was not the case. I went on a hike 2 days later and made my tendonitis way worse.So my message to everyone is to be careful while rock climbing wether it’s outdoors or in a gym. Always downclimb and only jump if you have to. Injuring yourself will always result in having to take time off the things you love or making yourself significantly worse because you didn’t take time off.”

“Overall a good gym with some unique pieces of equipment. I don’t mind no A/C but at least keep the water filters changed. The cardio equipment is sparse, but that’s not the focus here. The rower and the stationary cycle screens don’t work. A couple of the treadmills stutter at high speeds, tweaked my knee on one when it did this and complained about it. It still does it. They have provided a warm and encouraging environment from the very first day. Our daughter’s skills have improved by leaps and bounds and she is excited to go to cheer everyday and never wants to miss a class. She has made beautiful new friendships and feels supported and encouraged by her teammates. She has done weekly tumbling privates with Coach Taylor and this has greatly improved her skill but most importantly her confidence.
