Bad customer service. Just walking in the door and asking if they could do one nail repair 1 hour before closing time. They asked if I could come tomorrow. No wonder their rating is under 4

Terrible service! Paid for the next level up because it had “extra massage”. I had given myself a pedi a week before so my toes were already clipped and filed. Job was pretty easy. Just had to paint and massage. Not only was there no extra massage, there wasn’t one period! He literally rubbed lotion on my legs and then wiped it off to paint. My gf and I asked about the massage. He asked if I wanted one and I said yes and he still didn’t do it and just painted my toes and moved to the next. Worst money spent!

What a great place! They had mermaid colors! Super cool! Highly recommend them! Very fast service and they recommend some special ways to keep my skin soft!

I came on a Monday spur of the moment no appointment never been there!! Around 3:40 PM saw that they close at 7 PM online… I walked in. I showed them a picture of what I want on my nails for my birthday on Pinterest and I told her I wanted a pedicure. A lady did my pedicure. She was super nice. I told her I wanted a fake toenail. She told me that she really feels I can grow my toenails out which I appreciate it because most nail salon just wanna add add add to charge you more and I really appreciated her genuine advice which I took. So I did the deluxe pedicure with gel white toes., she took her time and she was very nice now. Let me talk about my guy Tony. He did my nails perfect he took his time. He was so nice and I really appreciate it and he nailed him and I think I found my new nail tech for sure I was driving up to Moreno Valley almost every three weeks to get my nails done because that’s where I’m originally from. I’ve been out here for two years and I couldn’t find a good nail tech Tony. You are now my guy thank you for your service

Asked for GelX french nails. The nails were so thick and rushed. Requested to add little pearls and the glue was messy and had a spiderweb effect. Very disappointed and paid $80. After saying they were too thick, she said they will “grow on me.” Don’t think I’ll be going again. Had to go to a different salon to get fixed.

First time getting my eyelashes done in a really looooong time, and I love the results that I got from Hannah. I asked for a Hybrid, Full set, cat eye.
Hannah was very sweet and accommodating. She made sure I was comfortable during the lash appointment. I definitely recommend getting your eyelashes done here with Hannah 🙂

I would give zero stars because I am very disappointe. I have been coming here for a while now and they never messed up my nails. The one day I take my mother to the nail salon with me they mess up her man and pedi. My mom asked for a simple white overlay set and the nail tech made the set all lumpy and PURPLE. We got home and they somehow chipped immediately, we hadn't set foot in the house and the were chipped. I asked for a refund and they refused. The Nail Tech kept grunting everytime she messed up and my mom told her to stop because it is very unprofessional and she agreed but still kept making grunting noises. My mother has never been so upset about anything this small. I will not be returning to this place ever again. My nail tech (for my pedicur) kept making disgusting faces out of no where. She continued making these faces until we left. My feet are not bad or anything so I don't know why she kept making those face.

I am not one to do reviews at all but i really am disappointed in the service i received. I went in Wednesday to treat myself to a pedicure which on the menu it says $35 and $15 for gel so should've came out to $50. She charged me $60 so i am guessing she decided to tip herself? I didn't say anything so it's my fault but what really disappointed me is my actual pedicure, first the lady started digging in my toe and said i had an ingrown toenail and proceeded to keep digging. I did not have an ingrown but i do now. She went in my left toe which i had gotten the roots of my toenail from a past ingrown killed and she said i had another ingrown which is impossible because like said there are no sides to my toenail at all. Another disappointment is once i got home i looked down and saw the gel was lifting. Went to work the next day, took my shoes off after and it chipped off where it was lifted. So my pedicure isn't so pretty anymore and i have a painful ingrown toenail:( I really am extremely disappointed with the service i received. This was my first time here and i sadly don't think i will be a returning customer.

I have gotten my nails done here a total of 5 times. And have not had 1 issue. Everyone is super sweet. I found them on Instagram and I was like oh here we go another Instagram account with nails that look like they are AI. Well not these ladies. They take care of you. And they are sweet. I will be back with girl friends to do the toes. These guys rock. I usually call for appointment it seems to be the best way to get what ya needed done on time and easy. The salon is clean. I have zero complaints
