Drive 5 min more to Temecula, this place is not worth waiting. My wife and I show up 6:30pm, 30min prior to our appointment, they told us we can come back at 7pm. We came back at 7, no one is at front desk, too busy helping the customer before us, they didn't bother to check or tell to be patient, just left us there for 25 min. I recommend they take out the door bell, cause obviously they can't hear it. And what is the point of appointment when we can't get help on the time we both agree to meet on?!

Sandra Davis is the absolute best!!! This is my 3rd time seeing her and every time she has taken the time needed to answer any and all of my questions. She is very knowledgeable and very efficient.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GREAT BUT CHARGING FEES TO OBTAIN A COPY OF YOUR TAX RETURNS IS NOT FAIR REGARDLESS WHICH BRANCH LOCATION YOU FILED IT.
IT SHOULD BE FREE OF CHARGE!
FIRST TIME HEARD IT ONLY IN THIS OFFICE EVENTUALLY I WILL NOT APPROVE A BUSINESS LICENSING ON ANY TAX SERVICE AGENCIES WHO DONT VALUE ALL THE TAX PAYERS PROVIDING A COMPLIMENTARY OFFER IS EXCELLENT AGENCY AS LONG AS THERE IS ACCURACY TRANSPARENCY SECURITY QUALITY SERVICE HAVING PROFESSIONALISM IS HOW YOU GET RECEIVE SEE LOYALTY TRUST FROM TAX PAYERS

I called every h&r block number in the Inlamd Empire. And this one lady Susan or Sandra name starts with an S. Let's talk about how hard her day is going . Apparently she is the only one answering the phones in all of the Inlamd empire and Apparently is in the middle of physically helping some one file their taxes. Get this lady some help. Not only did she yell, banyer, belittle me and how she became frustrated by the information being given to her is beyond me because she is not the person going through the difficulty of taxes. When she answered the phone, I knew she was going to be a problem off the bat. I asked her How her day was, and her response was How can I help you. Give this lady some support in her office .

Worst experience ever. Paid over $400 for taxes to be done by professionals since we had recently suffered a tragedy and did not want to do on our own. So many mistakes were made that we received our tax refund of over $11K less than we were told. Additionally they put our address as one that we lived at over 10 years ago, we did not give this address at all, no idea where they got that from. Still dealing with problems directly related to this 9 months later. Can't get our fee refunded because IRS will only send letter 1x and it went to a 10 year out of date address.
