Ikon Auto Collision truly has your best interest in mind.
After being rear-ended, I visited multiple body shops while navigating an insurance claim, and Ikon Auto Collision was the only shop that genuinely advocated for me. Other places felt passive and transactional, but Ikon was honest, transparent, and proactive from day one.
They clearly explained why my car was deemed a total loss and assured me they would vouch for me with the insurance company — which they absolutely did. I barely had to lift a finger. They even reviewed the settlement offer to make sure I wasn’t being low-balled, and because of their support, I received a very fair payout.
Through the process I interacted with Kent, Ivan, Albert, and Christina - who were all incredibly kind. They made a stressful situation much easier and gave me complete peace of mind.
I would confidently return to Ikon Auto Collision for both insurance-related work and general car repairs, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a shop that is honest, knowledgeable, and truly on your side.
(They have an awesome little car display in their lobby!)

I had an after market rear diffuser installed on 2025 model 3 because it required removal of the rear bumper and replace oem diffuser which I was not comfortable doing. Kent asked me to come in, looked over everything I wanted done and gave me a fair price right away. He fit me into the schedule the very next day. They also gave me a ride home since I was local when I dropped my car off. I would recommend Ikon for any body work or paint service. Thanks Kent!

I had took my Alfa Romeo to this shop due to damage on my car sustained on a Thanksgiving night trip to Arizona,I had contacted various body shops,before hand before,reaching out to Ikon,who I found had many,good reviews,and who was qualified to work on this type of car,When I had showed up I felt a feeling of warmth in knowing my car was going to be in great hands of being repaired,It was in the shop,for a month due to insurance,ordering of parts,repairs etc,...I picked it up yesterday,and it looks good,as new!I want to Thank Albert,Ivan and Christina for helping me to get my car repaired,aswell as helping me to get back in my wheels,after dealing with insurance! 5 stars definietly recommend!!

Very pleasant experience with Ikon. I wanted my front lip professionally installed on my new gti. Kent and Ivan got me scheduled and sorted very quickly. They work on a lot of upscale euro cars so I was confident my car was in good hands. Price was more than fair and they came across as genuine people who are car guys themselves. Happy with the work and they get my recommendation 👍

I was unsure about the validity of this shop having 5 stars since I dont ever really see other places having that high of rating, but I have to admit the staff at Ikon Auto definitely deserves 5 stars for how well they treat their customers and go above and beyond making sure the client is well taken care of throughout the entire process. I cant say enough great things about this place.

The experience with Kent, Albert, and the team has been exceeding my expectation. They were able to communicate with my instance to get many additional items covered, as the original estimate ignored many “hidden” items. The work is outstanding as well, not able to tell the car was involved in an accident. Not mentioning everyone is nice and respective. Highly recommended to everyone!
