These guys were able to diagnose and repair a very odd issue I was having in 3 hours. This is the second time I’ve brought my car there and second time they’ve impressed me.

I have to say this was the worst place I've had for a service request. They claim to have value but they do not. I can not say much about quality but what I can say is the owner Mike was so arrogant and Jeff was just flat-out rude. You could hear the garage employees screaming at each other about things that weren't appropriate for anyone to hear. The steaming anger coming from the back was so intense that it could make anyone feel uneasy. I really do not wish to disclose what they were saying to each other but I can say it made me so uncomfortable that I instead decided to go to another shop in their center. Maybe the stress on the owner is they are surrounded by competition. Regardless, treating anyone walking through the door in a disrespectful manner is unacceptable. I don't care how long he has been in business, but if the community money made him rich to the point he doesn't care anymore then the community can certainly pull back from his business so he can go elsewhere. I will have the news station there to witness the behavior at Inland Auto. Unfortunately for him, we are part of the local media for Temecula and Murrieta. Good luck with your attitude Mike and Jeff or simply get rid of the arrogance and serve the community as a mechanic should. After all, you are only mechanics and should do your job without the attitude.

Always a stress free experience even though it regards vehicles and repairs. Mike has been there for us every time we had an issue.It’s really nice to have a mechanic who is honest and who is someone you can have faith in.

Experienced this shop about 4 years for a smog check. Had went to a couple more shops, before Inland Auto..I was told that because of my aftermarket cold air intake the other shops couldn’t perform the smog check because I needed an E.O sticker. At that time I didn’t know that the cold air intake company had an office in Temecula Ca. I noticed Inland Auto had a the smog check service so I stopped by. The owner at Inland Auto was very helpful and knowledgeable about my situation, so he called BBK Performance and got the E.O # and performed my smog check right after. I haven’t use their service since cause I had been having more performance work done to my vehicle. Inland auto shop was clean, organized and large enough to service numerous vehicles. I’m sure that Inland Auto will be knowledgeable about non performance vehicles and with the correct equipment to service your car fine. I would highly recommend this shop or at least stop by to find out they can do for you.
