My family has had a total of 3 units there and the facility is very nice and safe and secure and the people there Linda and Kathy have been very nice and provide excellent customer service. For your storage needs in the murrieta temecula area...Jefferson self storage is a great choice. They also give customers the use of the large dollys which come in handy! Thank you! Jamie G.

I would highly recommend this storage facility. The rates are low and they don’t raise them a couple months after you sign up. Beware of the other storage places. Linda, the manager was very friendly and helpful in finding us the storage size to fit our needs.

They sold all of my family’s memory’s in photograph and videos, all because we were poor and couldn’t pay on time and now it’s all gone and thrown away!!! While I understand that the bill was late. I don’t understand why we couldn’t just take our family pictures and videos also our file cabinet with important papers!!!! This is how identity theft happens!

First off, I would like to thank Linda for the welcoming and best experience we've had with any storage places. After a disappointing encounter with U-Haul, Linda saved us last minute with a unit that fits our needs. We have previously rented storage spaces with other companies and found this space to be the cleanest we've used. We are definitely happy with the experience and the space.

I have rented an 8X10 Climate controlled unit from this Self Storage not once, but twice and have been pleased with every experience. I like that the owner/managers live on the property and Linda always takes good care of her customers. If/when I have storage needs again, this is where I will go. Thank you Jefferson Self Storage!
