Bedroom set came ASIS and customer service is rude. They can't deliver new one not in stock! What a joke! 2 months later today delivered replacement headboard and has cracked again! Unbelievable about the quality of furniture! Management never return calls !

We went to Jerome's to check out the furniture and found a number of pieces we liked and kept shopping for a couple months. Eventually we went back and met with Vickey, who is a perfect salesperson, no pressure, listened well and knew her product. She was super helpful in putting together the order, she walked us through the program for stain and damage and set up the delivery. Everything showed up packaged well, even though the boxes looked like crap. I couldn't be more happier with the furniture, and Vicky was the best salesperson by far we meet going to multiple furniture stores A+ for her!

Great service from Abdul! He texted back quickly and helped me find an amazing mattress that's affordable! Also got the power base I wanted and I love that he was so understanding about the affordability and didn't think I was crazy for saying no to stuff. Made it much easier to buy a mattress than a car! I loved this experience and am very happy with my purchase!

The wife and I went in today to look at couches. I was there for 2 minutes when I realized I wasn't going to buy a couch from Jerome's. The pricing method they are using is such a scam. Big huge price for the couch, which was really good. Then you see it's only for three pieces, or two pieces and etc. The REAL price to complete the set was much higher and in small print. The wife and I were literally laughing as we walked the store. A complete sectional that, let's say, is 5 pieces, there advertising a price basically for half the couch Yeah, I'm never going back, and neither should anyone else. Plus, I found a couch that I really liked, took a picture of the front of the sign and the back, called Barons furniture in Lake Elsinore, looked up that exact couch and got it for me for 600.00 less.....FOR THE ENTIRE SET!!! P.S. Still laughing by the way.

I have bought in the past many rooms of furniture from Rize automatic bed and mattress $5,000, couch and matching chair for my living, master bedroom furniture and at the same time a sectional sofa and 2 living room coffee and end table. This last May when I purchased the sectional it started right away having issues with not sitting well. When you sat on the couch the cushions would move apart so your butt ended up sitting on the underneath side of where the cushions set, so basically on the frame. I paid for a warranty other than the one year manufacturer warranty. I called the store and they told me to call and let the "Quality Dept" and they will be able to help me. After talking a few times to one person they called the manufacturer and that department said let's try giving you some new core cushions and swap them out. So after going round and round because they only offered one day a week on a Monday to come out and do it they finally came out and switched them out and it was NOT any better. We called them back and told them not only were we complaining about the fact that it didn't help but the furniture repair technician left the old "core cushion" and said that they couldn't take them and that we were gonna have to dispose them ourselves. This was for my daughter's place and she lives in an apartment and they told her that they could not allow things that big to be thrown away and the dumpsters. So again I call back and they said to take a picture of the core cushions and send it to them and they would get back to me and I said so what are we doing about the sectional now. The person who was helping me said that they would have to submit it to the higher-ups and they would get back to me and so just today I heard that they will not do anything more about it except maybe give us a discount or a credit towards a new sofa/recliner. I told them that I wanted a name and a phone number of a person that I could call and talk to you because this is completely unacceptable. If Jerome's doesn't do anything about this sectional that I bought that's a piece of crap I will have a furniture company come and pick up the sectional and it will be delivered at the front door of the Jerome's in Murietta and I will sit there until somebody does something about it and I won't go quietly!!!!!!!

My husband and I found GREAT deals at this Jerome's. The quality trumps other local furniture stores in the area...believe me--make this the first place you go to! We had great service with Dan T. SO many options of all furniture especially couches...we loved so many of them. It's not like other furniture stores where ALL of them are uncomfortable and there's one good one on the floor. Great selections with decent prices!

I had a great experience at this Jerome's. Troy assisted us and was very informative and friendly. He was able to meet our needs by answering questions, providing excellent service, and getting us the best price. Picking up our furniture was a breeze, and the two gentlemen who loaded us up were beyond helpful. The furniture we purchased was exactly what we wanted and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend this store and Troy for any of your furniture needs.

JORDON IS THE MAN! My wife and I recently moved into the area and we were looking to upgrade our furniture. My wife was greeted by Jordan as soon as she stepped into the store and she called me while at work to tell me how wonderful he was to work with. He is very good at making suggestions based off the style you are looking for. He initially helped us with two chairs for our living room. Shortly after, we decided to return to purchase a couch. A few weeks later, Jordan then helped us with a new mattress, bed frame, and bedroom set. Clearly we didn't care how much we were spending because we knew that Jordan was going to take care of us. I myself am in a sales focused, customer service facing career. I hold a very high standard when it comes to who I'm working with and what they provide because I will always strive to do my absolute best for my own clients. He was attentive to all of our questions, considered all of our needs, and walked us through each and every step of the process from start to finish. He was very knowledgeable about the products he presents, and built value on the deals they had at that time. A 10/10 experience, Thanks again Jordan! Side note as this does not pertain to Jordan whatsoever: The Sofa we purchased did seem to have a fault from the factory. Within a few weeks of owning, one of the legs that screws into the bottom had stripped and is not securely tightened into the bottom. We have reached out to the support team with needed photos and video but are still pending a response. I am wondering how long this will take as we use this couch daily, I would hate of anything else brakes due to this issue not being resolved. Besides that, our purchases have held up great so far.

Our salesman Dan was amazing, extremely helpful and knowledgeable about all the furniture in the store. He went completely out of his way to show us options of colors and fabrics. Jeromes needs 10 more Dans!

Jerome’s had a great selection of furniture - and lots of deals and specials. Our sales rep Tania was really great in finding options and letting us know about all of the available incentives. If the furniture arrives on time then it will be a perfect experience. Just got news that the delivery has already been moved to another week so now changing my rating to a 2 instead of a four - hate when companies tell you what you want to hear about delivery then can’t follow through in it

Bill was very nice and informative. Helped us successfully choose a new bed and mattress and gave us many options to make sure we got exactly what we needed. When we need to make another furniture purchase we will definitely look to work with Bill again.

We had a very nice gentleman named Jordan helping us find the perfect sectional. My daughter also purchased a sectional a couch and a chair and again Jordan was very courteous and helpful. We will always ask for him when ever we need more furniture.

Jeromes furniture gets an A in customer service,when you are selecting furniture. They delivered my furniture yesterday and the get a "Double F" The delivery people were not professional, I asked them to please be careful as it is a brand new house. They rushed the move and scratched a door downstairs and scratched my upstairs wall and then after scratching the wall they decided to take the door off the hinge which was too late...My whole experience has been marred . I will never ,ever by furniture from Jeromes again. Then at ghe end they asked me to give 10 rating......No way !
