I was just here today for my daughter's gallbladder surgery. This review is for the surgery center only. They were amazing, they explained everything to my daughter and made her feel comfortable. This was her first surgery ever and she had never been put under. The nurses, the anesthesiologist and Dr. Cheung went above and beyond. Dr. Cheung even called me to tell me she was out. We also kept getting text updates and that definitely eased my mind. The lady that checked us in was also very polite, friendly and helpful. They even let me go in and stay with my daughter before her surgery and after when they took her to recovery.

I have an ongoing uti and I wanted more information regarding it and why I wasn't feeling better. The nurse at the urgent care Michelle Carolynn Maxfield NP not professional. Didn't try to communicate with me. She was extreme irritated as if she didn't have time for me. She kept asking why I was there as if I knew that answers to my questions. If I knew that answers I wouldn't seek medical help. I have never left a doctors office feeling so defeated and uncomfortable. If this is how Kaiser operates I'll go back to my other insurance. This was an embarrassing example of the service Kaiser provides. Go there if you want none of your questions answered and your nurse to walk out of the room stomping like a 3 year old throwing a fit.

This urgent care gets 5 stars from me. I was having severe heart palpations and as soon as I checked in I was called immediately!! They hooked me up to an EKG Machine. The nurses were nice and professional. My PA Erik Smith was cool. He listened to my concerns, asked me some questions, told me what I needed to avoid and ran some tests. Called me later on in the evening to let me know what my test results were and if I had any questions. That's how you treat a patient with concerns. If ever needed I will come back to this urgent care I most definitely will. The whole staff was professional, knowledgeable, and helpful.

Dr. Tshijikka was fantastic with our toddler in urgent care. She explained things very well. As a parent, we left very happy and reassured. The nursing staff was wonderful too.

This review is for the Internal medicine department at Murrieta campus. I went to check in for my appointment this afternoon and was told the appointment was canceled. The check in staff advised me the appointment was canceled and the note said I was notified. Liar! And false documentation! I would like to know the person that called me because I didn't get a call. I know you can track staff in and out of patient's chart. Now I'm sitting here in Urgent care in a room. Waiting!! Kaiser please improve patient care! Do you want this to happen to your ill love one. Not a happy patient.

The waiting game in this place is ridiculous.... What they have on the screen doesn't reflect the actual waiting time... they should have a better system upon checking in and being called in. Happy not happy!

Went to Urgent Care. The people are really nice. But the diagnosis and resolution wasn't great. My wife got seen and left with an ibuprofen prescription. Two days later went to Kaiser in San Marcos and was told to go to ER for imaging and whatever other tests may be needed. Before getting sent off to ER a follow up appointment with a doctor was made. A big difference in care, experience or feeling of assurance between the two different locations. I'd rather drive an extra 30 minutes. And this isn't the first time we had this experience at the Murrieta location... That's why we headed down to the San Diego area.

My OBGYN and the psychiatrist told me that Kaiser So Cal no longer extends women off for postpartum depression unless the symptoms are so severe that I'd need to be hospitalized. I have had previous doctors tell me that because of kaiser's protocols, they can only write me so many days off for a particular diagnosis. Now that I've been a kaiser patient for almost 8 years, I'm seeing a trend. Their physicians live in fear of getting flagged by Kaiser for allowing sick leave/disability/FMLA.Kaiser needs to give their physicians more autonomy. It's ridiculous patients have to suffer because of Kaiser's leave protocols.

Was visiting the area from out of town when my host had some medical issues come up on our trip. The urgent care here is the only Kaiser location for miles around so clearly stays pretty busy. Ample parking and AC in the waiting more. The employees were courteous with us and there is an on site coffee shop. The space is clean. Outdoor spaces designed with humans in mind. This has been a very pleasant urgent care experience for me....not sure I would add it to any TripAdvisor list for another tourist to come intentionally visit.

I had to go to urgent care for an injury. I checked in at 9:15am and walked out at 10:45 am. My total experience was great, the staff was friendly and professional. My LVN Eva was outstanding she introduced herself to me and explained exactly what was going happen. She informed me that i needed to get x-rays. She went out if her way to make sure i didn't have to stand in another long line. I took my x-rays and waited in the lobby again. She walked and recognized me and told me she would call me in next. She directed me to the exam room where i was seen by Dr Rinella, he was great as well! Thanks for everything staff.

There was a worker here named Audriana for the Laboratory. My mom is pregnant and we needed to get test done and the lady that helped us was VERY rude and looked like she hated her life. She was giving us a hard time and we had to call someone to help us. I don't feel like telling the whole story but she's very rude and doesn't know how to do customer service.

I twisted my back horribly and have been in pain so I went to this urgent care and it was just such a wonderful experience. It's weird to even stay in urgent care is wonderful but it was. Check in was so easy and the nurse was so polite. the doctor came in and saw me really fast, they did my injections super quick and I was able to pick up my prescriptions with no problem. I waited maybe 30 minutes until they first called my name and then everything after that was like a 10 minute wait. The landscape outside is beautiful and the inside is super clean.

Spent 2 1/2 hours at urgent care this morning with my son. This place was crowded prior to opening. The check-in process went quickly. The service was outstanding! Everyone I came in contact with was happy and awesome! Thank you for being there!!!! You are appreciated...at least by me and my family!

My first time coming to this urgent care. I was a little worried with all the bad reviews, but Arthur Melgoza (PA) was wonderful. He has a lovely bedside manner and we joked and laughed through my physical eval. Took my mind off how I was feeling. Lovely people all around from the desk staff, nurses, and the awesome PA's. There was a bit of a wait, but it was better than some other Urgent Cares I've been to.
