Be aware! Bottles of opened water bottles are being put in mailboxes. This is a crime! See anyone doing it, take a picture of them and take it to the police. Cameras are easily installable.

Anyone can access the top of the mailbox, it is not locked at the top. You can open and drop. To retrieve your mail you need a key. The mailman or anyone can drop in the mail or in this case a water bottle. So not fully locked. FYI. Thank you.

This review is far overdo!!! We've been here just over five years, and in that time, Mandy (the property manager) has gone out of her way to not only quickly address any maintenance issues, but also take the time to get to know us. Also, shout out to Jerry (in charge of maintenance) for being so kind and professional. We've rented here all these years, thanks to this team!

Mandy and Jerry are the dynamic duo! We have been here for more then 5 years and before Mandy was manager (the first 2 years we were here), things would never get done, get pushed off or ignored but now when something happens, it gets looked into almost immediately!! I don’t feel forgotten or on the sidelines anymore, Mandy truly cares that we live happily and comfortably! She’s understanding and reasonable! I am a happy resident with the dynamic duo here!! Thanks guys!

Living here has truly been a dream, and it has been made possible by our wonderful and gracious property manager and maintenance technician Jerry. She is probably the sweetest person you will ever meet and has a commitment to her career that isn't comparable because of her dedication and the genuine care that she bestows upon all of her tenants. I can speak for everyone when I say this woman has touched all of our hearts. I am grateful to have met her. Jerry is very attentive and always helpful. He has an upbeat positive attitude and always gets the job done. They both deserve raises.

Before we even moved into the apartment, Mandy was incredibly supportive and responsive. Overall our experience with her and Jerry have been spectacular. They’re an efficient team, making it so easy to put in requests and problem solve situations. I appreciate this management team immensely.

I've felt right at home since moving in. The service me and my fiance have received has been phenomenal! Any question or problem needing answered or fixed has been taken care of right away! Mandy and Jerry are amazing at what they do. No regrets, looking forward to our time here at lakeridge.

Mandy and Jerry are the best! They are super friendly and very attentive. Any time we have an issue, it is addressed within a timely manner and they go out of their way to fix the issue. They are awesome!! :)

Great little apartment for the price, especially since it’s so close to the mall and restaurants. Mandy the property manager is great! She very responsive and helpful with any questions and maintenance issues. I would definitely move back if I was returning to the area!

Terrible apartments. They won’t let you live in peace! The property managers is always in peoples business, she needs to relax we pay a nice amount of rent for a few hundred dollars more you can rent somewhere else with more privacy not worth it it feels like you’re in prison here

A shabby apartment, fine for the price that it used to be (1100 monthly). After a year they increase the price by 20%, and in the year after raised it 20% again twice. While i was there we had plumbing problems, our bath and kitchen water would spurt out contaminated water at least once a month.
