I just have to give a huge shoutout to Elly! She was amazing. We’re moving into a brand new house and needed some temporary window shades. Elly not only helped us find those but also assisted us in getting a washer, an upgraded dryer, and a fridge when Home Depot didn't have them in stock. Plus, she got us some awesome discounts when we bought more items, including all the accessories and the upgraded model.
Honestly, Elly was one of the most helpful team members I've ever come across in any store. She made the whole process so easy and stress-free. Elly definitely deserves a promotion to upper management. Her dedication and customer service skills are top-notch.

Joseph the lot attendant and Cody, who works the pro desk, were both extremely friendly, knowledgeable , and helpful. They assisted me with any of my lumber questions and volunteered to help me load up my truck afterwards. I highly recommend this store and these employees.

I pretty much live here, they honor military without hassle unlike home depot. They also honor the craftsmen warrenty without much headache, it's good to have a dependable product that stands behind their replacement garentee. Thank you lowes!

They profile their customers. Do not shop here if you want to have a pleasant shopping experience. They provided a stressful and nasty environment to be in. I hated every minute of being in this store and would rather drive to Temecula or menifee instead of shopping here again.

Bought a fridge ($3k) however when it was delivered the drawer doesn’t pull out unless your the Incredible Hulk. Called the store and they told me to call XDT. called them and told us would get a call in 24 hours. No call came. When back to store talked to manager Leif. Asked if I could return and would have to go through XDT! He gave me the number to, you guessed it XDT and again told I would get a call in 24 hours. No call came. Back to the store to speak to another manger, Kevin! He called XDT himself and spoke to the leaders promised a call in 24 hours. No call came. Called the store asked for manager. Kimbr gets on the phone to tell me she will call tomorrow when XDT is open and call me back. She is in at noon and I should hear from her. Well I call at 4pm. Kimbr gets on the line to tell me it’s been more than 48 hours and will have to go through manufacture warranty. When Kimbr is asked why no one from XDT ever called me back she didn’t know. Why did I have to call you Kimbr? You said you would call me?!? Why have I been working on this for a month?!? Why did I have to start writing everyone’s name down to right this review I knew was coming? Why can’t business do the right thing for the clients? Why did I just have to make another appointment for tech to come out from manufacturer? This should have been easy, you Lowe’s shipped a bad part fix it. Easy. Do better.
Adding after owes response: I called the number given and was again told that i would get a call back. At this point I already had someone come and fix it and paid more for a brand new fridge. Buy from best buy is my opinion!
