I would've given this 1 star but First of all shout out to Christian from the appliance department. He is amazing to work with, very honest and transparent on the appliances and installs. Friendly to work with. Please ask for him if you need help. However, I am very upset with Ken Pope. He was scheduled to come out and look at my sink for a new install. Very rude from the beginning, did not measure my sink, countertop or take a look at my garage disposal when I had questions about it. He literally looked at my sink and told me it was a standard install and he would have to cut out my counter. Did not even spend even 5 mins in my home. It was estimated to be over $1,1,00 alone for the labor. I don't know anything about this industry and thought maybe that was normal, he probably has a lot of experience and knows what he's doing without measuring or thoroughly looking at what needed to be done. Until I spoke to Christian and brought up how my visit went. Christian let me know that is not standard Lowe's procedure. Again, very thankful to Christian for his honesty.

Lowe's Door installation process is horrible. Poor follow up. No sense of urgency and lack of communication. Had to reach out several times and their representative took no responsibility for his lack of follow up or dropping the ball. Wouldn't recommend Ryan or his team to anyone.

The Murrieta location is Amazing, you need to try the curbside pickup, which is the fastest pickup experience i have ever seen.

I used Lowes in Murrieta for remodeling my kitchen. The designer was absolutely amazing and he alone would get 5 stars. The kitchen, looks similar to what we envisioned. However, he left the store and transferred to another store. No one at the Murrieta store even attempted to pick up where he left off. Even from their own admission, they were supposed to follow up where he left off and monitor the progress from the contractor they sold to us. Non of that took place. When I did reach out, there was a lot of tap dancing and finger pointing as to why the project was taking so long and why the contractor was of such substandard performance. I really expected more from Lowes in the realm of project management because they sold a product and a service. The product was "good enough" and the service provided (contractor) was poor quality. Finally, their lack of ownership for the project after their fabulous designer left, is the main purpose for such a low rating. Lowes management is completely out of touch with their employees selling and follow through of services provided.

PLEASE DON'T BUY YOUR APPLIANCES FROM THIS LOWES!!!!! My husband brought me a Whirlpool washer and dryer on Friday the 12th of January. Lowes salesman in the appliances department promised us that it will be delivered on Saturday January the 13th. Well Saturday they came dropped their ramp, the guy came to our door with a stupid smile on his face. Oh we have a delivery for your but we accidentally left your washer and dryer at the warehouse. ARE YOU SERIOUSLY?? After too many attempts they finally said ok it will be delivered on Monday. Well Monday came around and nothing from Lowes. Called the managers, looking for the district manager somebody to help find our washer and dryer. Well of couple NOBODY from this location knows anything. This morning we get a call saying "your dryer will be delivered today" NO WHAT THE HELL HAPPEN TO OUR WASHER?????? They took our money for both and still no washer and dryer. Went to the laundromat to wash clothes and of course that took 40.00 to wash and dry. If you value your money DO NOT GO TO MURRIETA LOWES FOR YOUR APPLIANCES GO TO BEST. BUY OR HOME DEPOT THEY TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS BETTER!!!!!!!

We purchased two shelving units last week from the Lowes/Murrieta store. We had a problem with the contracted delivery service they use -- the driver appeared to be quite lazy and not interested in bringing the shelving units inside my home. Fortunately, we met Aaron in the delivery department at this particular Lowes and he was quite helpful and accommodating. In this day and age where customer service is quite hard to find, Aaron is a great example of what customer service was and should be now. My wife and I greatly appreciate Aaron's assistance in getting our units delivered -- we cannot thank him enough. To the Lowe's management: This young man is a "keeper" and should be recognized for exemplifying great customer relations with your customers. Thank you Lowes/Murrieta!

Didn't know there was such a thing as a "HDMI Coupler." A 'thoroughly helpful associate' advised me of that method to extend a 15 y.o. 'wall fished' input cable ... saved the new TV installation for me. WooHoo.??

I purchased an item for curbside pick up on Saturday, December 9th. Within 1 hour the order was canceled because it was "out of stock". My husband went to the store the following day and was able to find and purchase the out of stock item for me... hmmm... Seems like the Lowe's employees just did not want to deal with it. Bad business. Bad customer service. And they don't even appear to have a way to contact them through email. Just phone and chat. I could call but I honestly don't have time (hence the curbside pick up). I did try the chat but if your issue does not fall within their multiple choice options I guess you are out of luck. Very disappointing and sadly I'm not even surprised.

If anybody ever wondered about corporate thievery well check thus out. The photos I'm posting are all the same item. Look at the skew and check the barcode. You can see on the actual company packaging that this item is $15.98 but lowes is trying to sell it for $26.98. That is an absurd mark up. And if you think it's not lowes I've posted another picture where that same item is sold for 19.98 right next to it. When I brought this up, they had to honor the 15.98 price but through the companies shelf price out the next day so that nobody knows how much it is and now they won't honor the real price. Look. On a good note the employees here are really nice.

The service is always wonderful and they really seem to want to help. The quality of the lumber is visibly nicer so nice things require less finish work to make them nice.

Would be 5 stars, they always seem to have an employee have to avoid that has an attitude and thinks they own the store. The usual is the ones that fake greet you with their chest puffed out and say things like "whats up, Boss!!" That is the consistent and typical interaction. So I avoid them and seek out another employee that likes helping people.

My go-to for everything! very easy and loves my service dog. One day I did not have her harness and it was not a problem, I was treated with respect and very welcoming.

Just telling y'all my personal experience. I live in Palm Springs and we are completely remodeling an entire house. We needed flooring and called around to all the Lowe's looking for enough of the flooring I picked out. According to Lowe's website this store had all the boxes we needed. We ordered 42 boxes of wood flooring plus a washer dryer combo. So not a small purchase. We received an email in the morning of the next day stating " order ready for pickup " we drove the 1 1/2 hour away in two SUVS to pick up the flooring cause the washer dryer combo is backed ordered ( no problem). Arrived at the store and we are informed that they didn't have enough of our order. Ummm sorry ( shrugging shoulders, hands in the air) oh wonderful, wasted what took a total of four hours driving there and back plus the wait time for them to bring our order out just to find out there wasn't an order to bring out. We canceled the entire order due to frustration. Plus we didn't want to get half of the flooring and not be able to find the rest for the entire house. I have always told people that I prefer Lowe's over Home Depot, and I always felt bad that every Lowe's I went to it was usually completely empty, except for myself and the employees most of the time, but if this is what Lowe's is allowing to happen to their customers, then maybe that's the reason why you can't keep up with Home Depot. ***UPDATE*** Palm Desert Lowe's ROCKS! Of course my husband can't remember the name of the wonderful person who helped him ( girl, he barely remembers mine ) but you know who you are. She helped him with all our needs and then some. You were beyond profession. I have the sales person's ID number on our receipt but I don't want to put it here because I don't know if that's allowed. But if Lowe's management wants to contact me, I will gladly share the number so we can get the right person's name out there to praise her. So y'all this just tells you it's worth the drive to PALM DESERT LOWES at 35900 Monterey Ave Palm Desert 922211 and you will be treated right.
