Decent location. We were able to quickly pick up our online order and the process was really smooth. They have a good selection of electronics on display and for purchase. The prices are fairly reasonable, but you'll probably have a better chance of getting a deal if you buy online.The location is kind of secluded so the place has an entire parking lot to itself. The worker who helped us with our pickup order was nice, but didn't seem knowledgeable about our questions. We also weren't welcomed when we first walked in yet the people behind us were. Overall, a decent location to pick up orders but the service could definitely use some improvement.

The customer service at this store is terrible and needs to improve. I went with my wife to buy an I-pad on Saturday 11/25/23. We found them and we waited for service with many employees passing us and not making eye contact or asking if we need help. We were not greeted one time. I finally went to the counter and found a black kid by the name Jermaine. He was busy behind the counter moving boxes and seemed irritated. I asked for help and he said with what ? And I said with an I pad, my wife wanted a certain color but it wasn't in stock. He said all we have is the blue one. We said fine and he walked away us thinking he was going to get the blue one. We waited 20 minutes or so and he was walking around talking with another employee and I asked him if he was working on getting us the I-pad because we have been waiting here 20 minutes and he said you have not been waiting 20 minutes. I said are you going to get the I pad and he said do you still want it and k said yes ! I was pretty irritated and he got us the iPad and I went to the counter and I was standing on the side of the counter and he said stand on this side and I said sure. I purchased the iPad and a cover and spent $ 430. I almost didn't buy anything but my wife really wanted it. As I walked out, the person scanning my receipt asked how everything was and I said Jermaine customer service sucks and he said he would talk him. I work in retail as a district supervisor and if i visited this store and witnessed this poor customer I would have the whole retrained on the importance of the customer service.

Some staff (greeters) could use some customer service training. The two girls up front were chatting about personal business and were are selective with whom they decided to greet. I watched them welcome and tell some they could help with anything they needed, and let others pass by them without any acknowledgment.

If I could give the store zero stars I would if you see the manager in their name Dragos, don't deal with them because they're all liars as you can see in the picture. The screen protector says 3499. The employees showed me where to get the screen protector, they explain to me what each of the screen protectors does and pointed out the price between them $34.99 and $44.99. When I went to the cash register, they said that I owe $65.99 when I went back and tried to speak to them and said this is not the price that is on there, showing them and telling them that this is the price it's advertised Dragos and his employees just said oh we're sorry we hung out in the wrong place don't believe these liars do not shop here, they will manipulate you and charge you more. This is completely false advertising and under the California state law they should've honor the $34.99 considering also that Best Buy is a $14 billion corporation all they've done now is wasting Customer's time and insulted me!

I've been a long-term customer of Best Buy stores. I stopped by the Murrieta store yesterday to purchase a cell phone charger. There was only one person checking people out. He was in a long conversation with the person he was with. I waited in line for approximately 10 minutes before asking another employee if there was someone else that could help check me out. She was an older lady wearing a red shirt with long gray hair.I explained that I have been waiting in line for a long time. She said that "they take their time with each customer and you will just have to wait." I couldn't believe it! She could've easily just helped me. She was literally just standing around. I thanked her for her great customer service in a very sarcastic tone. I let her know I would take my business elsewhere and I tossed the phone charger on the counter in front of her as I left. I was furious! I won't ever shop at this store again. She made a comment as I left about me "throwing things." She has a lot to learn about customer service.

We went to best buy the other day and my dad that has 78 years old was looking at a computer and nit one came. And he wanted to see the plugs and looked at the back and then they came in to see if he was stealing. We have bought more than 100k at best buy with computers and appliances. No one helps you now unless they think your stealing and they are so rude. Something needs to change. My dad a computer engineer was so embarrassed also a retired veteran. And this is nit the first time this has happened.

I went into the store after having a bad open box experience and oh my gosh... I am floored by the customer service experience from Roy, the manager and Wendy in Appliances.I went and thinking I wouldn't buy any more items from Best Buy and they turned around the complete experience.It's wonderful to feel like you can buy in confidence. Thank you, Best Buy in Murrieta!!

I've never once left a bad review but here's a first. It's one thing to wait for someone to assist in a purchase. It's another for that person who does finally show up to not bother to ask who was waiting first and starts assisting a person who never bothered to excuse themselves and go in turn. Even on the way out letting the door checker know, just the pathetic "I'm sorry" and not "let me get someone right away". Left the store to go elsewhere to buy the top of the line MacBook.

I have had a couple of bad experiences at Best Buy - almost 20 years ago -and vowed never to return. But with the closing of stores such as Office Max, etc. I have had to return to this store. After buying an I Pad a couple of months ago for my aunt, I returned today to get help with setting it up with wi fi calling - from the I Pad to my android phone. I had been advised by some that it couldn't be done. Not so. I was so fortunate today to meet with Tyler at Geek Squad.He helped me and was impecible with his service, demeaner, knowledge, computer skills; he was friendly, patient, kind, I can't say enough. Thank you Tyler.

Worst experience with any Best Buy locations ever. The greeter was the only positive experience that we had there. We asked for an assistance with one of their dryers but we were just told to stand and wait right next to it and they'll send somebody to assist us. After a long wait amd forgetting about us, a lady came and ask if we needed help. The appliances in her are expensive, go next door to Homedepot. Do not waste your time here.

BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!!!! DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT PURCHASE APPLIANCES AND USE THIRD PARTY INSTALLATIONS!!!!! This whole experience has been a complete nightmare! Recently purchased 3 new appliances for our kitchen AND THE THING I REGRET THE MOST IS NOT LISTENING TO MY MOM TELLING ME TO NOT BUY FROM BEST BUY!! GO PURCHASE THEM AT LOWES OR HOME DEPOT!! First occasion- supposed to be install and haul away. The third party appliance person dropped off all 3 appliances and only installed the dishwasher (even though we have receipts and proof of purchase for all 3 appliances to be installed and hauled away). The guy says "it's not on my work order to install 3 appliances." So, I call customer service phone number just to get disconnected about five times with no call back... that was about 1.5 hours. Second occasion- haul away people and installers were supposed to come. I get a message from the haul away people stating they cannot come to haul away our stuff until installers uninstall old appliances (makes sense). Installers come, I get a message from haul away people stating the installers will haul away our old appliances. Best Buy even calls me to confirm that the installers can haul away my items. However, THE INSTALL PEOPLE TELL ME THEY CANNOT HAUL AWAY THE OLD APPLIANCES. So,haul away order was cancelled :) OH! And our microwave is broken!! Hahaha So, what is Best Buy's resolution? "Wait for the manufacturer to approve the refund, wait a couple of days, take another day off of work, and we will give you a gift card" LOL never shopping at Best Buy ever again and will scream to the rooftops to never buy their sh***y appliances and use their third party people for install and haul away!!! F*CK YOU BEST BUY!!

Best experience by far at this Best Buy! Wendy was more than helpful in the appliance department. Made buying fridge and washer and dryer easy and stress free! Will definitely be returning. Such a great experience. Very appreciative of all the employees here. :)

The young gentlemen with dark hair, I believe his name is Anthony, was an absolute gem to deal with. He was very polite and informative in helping me solve a problem. He was a pleasure to work with, and I will definitely be returning to this store instead of the Temecula one that is closer to my house. Thank you Anthony and thank you Best Buy!
