This company is amazing! They are so efficient, quick, helpful & knowledgeable. Hannah is such a pleasure to work with as she is so hard working and dedicated to what she does. She truly makes working with this company so easy! What a wonderful staff who is always polite and ready to help! One of the best home health companies out there. Couldn't be happier with the service that's provided by this company, if you are looking for yourself or a loved one, I highly recommend you try this company. Thank you for the consistent, EXCELLENT service!!!

Not pleased at all therapy was incredible..they were great the rest...we had poor experience withNurse Refused to come out and look at his catheter because they had changed it 3 days before and she said that she would come out and irrigated her next visitBy the end of the day he had a high temperature and they found out he had equal life from his catheter.I had called them when I noticed this temperature and it took 4 days for them to call me back I had already taken him to the hospital the night that he had the fever so that was pretty worthlessA different visit his oxygen was 80 and instead of calling an ambulance they told me to call the doctor who told me to call an ambulance so I'm sorry I would not recommend them

Mission Home Health was one time very efficient. my mom received excellent care, however this time she was just a number. after leaving TVH in February she was to receive PT. Unfortunately, we never received a call. I had to track down a caseworker to get information on what agency was going to contact us. still no call. I ended up calling myself. this was the second week of February...I spoke to Z and he said, someone would contact us. Still nothing. Finally, we received a date. On this date BP was high and I ended up taking my mom back to the hospital. Long story short we received a call today is Mary free, if this person had bothered to even read her notes and knew anything about her today dialysis day. But since this is now April Like I said before M's name somehow came up today. Even though her scheduled days were at one time Monday & Friday. which by the way never happened. I don't feel this company is giving my mother proper care or consideration for her well-being so we will no longer need their services.

I recently underwent total knee replacement surgery at the Loma Linda VA. Like many other people I was not aware of the necessary physical therapy needed to restore my replacement knee into good working order. As luck would have it, in walked Allison, the physical therapist provided by Mission Healthcare. She carefully and patiently explained to me where I needed to be with regards to my knee's range of motion and most of all where I needed to be when she completed her physical therapy sessions over the next few weeks. Allison was a breath of fresh air. Over the next few weeks she carefully and gently took me through my paces and gave me exercises to do between her visits carefully monitoring my progress. I am here to attest that I would not be up and walking around had it not been for Allison. Her attentiveness to hard work and sincere motivation to help others shows through in her enthusiasm and her perky nature. Thank you Mission Healthcare for Allison and your physical therapy service.

Mission Home Health is simply the best company to work with. We have worked together providing care for many patients as they’ve transitioned home from the hospital. Their staff, professionalism and care is outstanding. I would recommend Mission to anyone and be confident they are getting the best.
